Constantly raising your rent every few months. I don't care for that approach where they offer you a low price and tell you they won't raise your rent only to do just the opposite. Go somewhere else is what I would suggest. Chrystal in the office has a snotty demeanor and will threaten you with raising your rent if you should ever have an issue.

They have reasonable prices, long hours for renters to access their spaces, the people who work there are nice, and the place is clean.

Beware, Golden Triangle storage is a horrible company. It's managed by Moss Company property management. Crystal the manager at golden triangle, refused to help me with the gate code so I could leave. She was in a bad mood and told me I would have to wait 20 minutes. I told her I was going to leave a bad review. She grabbed my phone from out of my hands, and refused to give me my cell phone back unless I looked her in the eye and promised not to take her picture with the review. I agreed so I could have my cell phone back, and call the police. The police arrived and let her know its illegal to take people's phones. I decided not to press charges which I'm somewhat regretting now. This is a terrible place that will make you regret storing there. I do not recommend this storage place to anyone. Storer beware
