Golden Valley Wash N' Dry, Merced CA

This is my favorite place to wash clothes. Most of the equipment works all the time. It's a clean place. Slightly more expensive than other places but worth the extra quarters for the good working equipment. I hate going to some of those others and using equipment that don't work and then lose money. This place is the best in my opinion. But the bathrooms are usually closed. And that really pisses me off. That's why they don't get a five-star. If Those restrooms were open when I needed it today then I would give a five-star. But overall it's a great place.

Horrible. Dryers do not heat. I wasted 45 minutes on a dry for clothes to come out just as wet as they went in. Moved to another machine and SAME issue. Beyond disappointed.

Nice and not very busy in the late afternoon but refrain from using machine #10! (It’s missing the 1 and looks like #0) It took me about 20 min to get the quarters to be accepted (I had already poured in the soap and powder). And nobody is here to help out.

My washer broke and ended up here. In the morning it's nice clean and quiet. Later in the day it gets busy but the people are nice. Never a problem there.

Well I washed my clothes and found the machines are very small but expensive to operate when they need to have the change removed and won't except anymore you can't tell until after you put in your soap and can't use the machine but it's clean and there seems to be someone always sweeping or mopping the floors.
Still I found that paying 3.25, or 4.25$ a load seems a bit high.

The dryers are horrible put clothes in them put $1.50 in and it didn't turn on and nobody around to tell them it was broke r get my money back. On top of that not one phone number to call just expired permit.

The machines did not rinse they did not dry. The clothes had a sticky residue. One dryers ate 1.50.and the others required double the drying time of other laundry mats. Over all I was very disappointed and will never use them again.

I come here but they have bad service, the floor so messy trash everywhere when machine have problems I asked them to help me they said no that’s so rude, I don’t come here anymore

New owners The place isn't as clean as before. More machines are not working like before. Change machines doesn't always work. Have to get change at supermarket.
