They treated me well on my first visit when I was with someone that spoke Chinese. But treated me like absolute garbage when alone.

Left me waiting for 45 minutes after my appointment — while taking several Chinese walk-ins before me. They didn’t even attempt to hide it, here your service and respect is directly linked to your ability to speak Mandarin.

Because of my insurance plan, I have chosen Golden vision optometry. I came to see Dr. Ma for my glasses and contact lense prescription. I’m grateful that Dr. Ma pointed out my severe dry eyes problem and recommended me to do IPL treatment. After my 3rd treatment of IPL, I can tell that my dry eyes problem has improved. Also, Dr Ma medical assistant Grace is very caring and always make sure I felt comfortable and ok while doing the IPL treatment.
So far I’m very happy with their excellent services.

Beware! Golden Vision Optometry Milpitas employs unfair billing practices. Both my husband and I visited for separate appointments, only to find out later that our providers were out of network. No prior warning or information was given, leaving us with unexpected hefty bills to pay out of pocket. This appears to be a recurring issue, as numerous similar complaints can be found in their maps reviews. It's disheartening to experience such dishonesty from a healthcare establishment. Be cautious before choosing them for your eye care needs.

The worst glasses shop D waiters have no responsibility at all only know how to sell D goods not on the board and ignore you even if you don’t have professional knowledge so disappointing and will never serve this shop in the future

Golden Vision Optometry Milpitas is so far the best place that we found in Bay Area for a one stop shop of eye exams, eyeglasses and eye treatment. Dr Ma is very knowledgeable and helped us with patience. Kathy found us good fit eyeglasses. The IPL treatment did help my wife a lot to improve her dry eyes. We are so happy for their services!

The doctor is very kind and professional, and my dry eye syndrome has been greatly improved because of IPL.

Took a four session IPL treatment post my SMILE lasik. Into the second session and I already feel the difference. Less stress and glare on the eyes. The doctor tests every-time for the oil glands and even the results came up positive. Would definitely recommend this treatment to anyone who experiences dry eyes.
