This place is really disorganized
They have no idea how to do and what they doing, every time i got different Opinion from employees.
They will make mistakes for your test and price.

Ortho-K is so worth it lol, my vision is over -6.00, and they still worked with it (and succeeded)

Dr. Semati helped remove a subtle foreign body from my daughter’s left eye and provided timely follow up. My daughter got something flew into her left eye during a weekend camping trip. She was sent to urgent care immediately. Dr examined/washed her left eye, she still feel uncomfortable. However Dr think it might be the allergic reaction to the foreign body washed out. So she was release after applying numb eye drops. She went home the next day and had a swollen left eye. It’s Sunday and her pediatrician is not available. I took her to Golden vision optometry nearby without an appointment. The front desk staff prioritizes her case as it’s medical emergency. Dr. Semati took out a tiny black dot from her eye lid and she felt instant relief! I highly recommend Golden vision if you have similar eye issues as they have better equipment and experience than general doctors.

Been a regular customer since 2018 and coming back for their great service, especially by Cathy, Owen. Every staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place!

The staff member Cathy was very helpful! She directed us to all the necessary check ups herself and answered all questions we had upon the visit. She was very friendly. The environment is modern and professional. Other staff were also friendly and conversational. Great place for optometric visits!

It is very unreliable, the management is chaotic, and the glasses at his house broke during the warranty period, so it is very shameless to deny it.you can never trust them.

TLDR: Had to make 5 trips to upgrade lenses for my old frame. The store made two mistakes: first time, the lenses were installed incorrectly and came off, and second time, they put the left lens on the right side and vice versa. The staff claimed this was normal and I need to get used to them. Overall, their incompetence and lies jeopardized my eye health.

I visited this store to upgrade the lenses for my old frame. I provided my prescription, and after waiting 2 weeks, I picked up my new glasses.

Unfortunately, on the second day of wearing the glasses, the right lens came off from the frame. Upon inspection, I realized the shape of the lens didn't match the frame, affecting the locking mechanism. I had to return to the store for a redo, and after another 2 weeks, I picked up the glasses again. However, I immediately felt something was wrong with the lenses, as they were not clear and made me feel dizzy. I asked for assistance from a staff member, who disappeared into the back office before returning to assure me everything was correct.

However, when I took the glasses to my doctor for a check-up, I discovered that the store had put the left lens on the right side and vice versa. This mistake was unacceptable, as I've been wearing glasses for almost 20 years and have never encountered such an error.

Returning to the store for the fourth time, I encountered a rude staff member who dismissed my concerns, claiming that the mistake was normal for such a small difference in prescription (0.25 between left and right eye). He even suggested "making some adjustments" to the lenses, which was a ridiculous solution.

Finally, after another 2 weeks, I returned to the store for the fifth time to collect my glasses. Throughout this entire ordeal, the staff were incompetent, lied about their mistakes, and made excuses to cover them up. This negligence and dishonesty could have had serious consequences for their customers' eye health.

Therefore, I strongly advise potential customers to stay away from this store.

What a disappointing experience! We placed the order of contact lenses 2 months ago and have been waiting for our contact lenses until we had to come to their office today. They just told us the manufacturer hasn’t processed the order.

Okay, so during this 2 months, why didn’t you spend 5 minutes to contact the manufacturer to track the status of the order and another 3 minutes to let your customers know?

Now we have to cancel our order, but since our vision insurance has already been used by them, there is a high possibility that when we buy contact lenses from another place, we have to pay more than they refunded us.

Will never come to golden vision anymore!

Truly money oriented. Service attitude only good when there was no issues. Not very trustworthy. They could show you one piece of paper, saying they have the information you are asking for, which they themselves don't really find after looking. Then eventually, they say, the information was cut short because of the print//haha.

The environment seems modern and popular, but they lack something behind the fanciness, which you may only find out later.

BEAWARE. They have the freedom to increase charges once you get into some continuous program. And they say, it depends on the MARKET. Like you could just go shop elsewhere if you already started a program with them.

Also noticed that they are getting more and more negative reviews. I would not recommend them to anyone anyway.

The two stars are for the Dr. She was great! I appreciated her input and how she helped me. After that, this place is a true disaster! All I wanted was to get new lenses on my existing frames. They were so short staffed and the man in the tux, not sure if his name was randy (from the previous reviews) wasn't very friendly. I didn't read the reviews before going, but now i feel as though if i do take my lenses i may never get them back! This place is a zoo and not organized about anything. I will file a claim with my provider to go elsewhere. Please be aware before you schedule with them.

I like everything about this place but one weird policy. I got sunglasses and paid for the frames and prescription lenses and asked to keep the original lenses since I may want to do LASIK. They kept the original lenses of the glasses that I paid for it. I asked for them and they said we can order it for you for extra money. I don't understand them. So will not offer them since it seems they care more about money not customers.

After four weeks they didnt have an eta for my glasses. They ordered it after four weeks to be shipped to their store so that they can send it to lab. It will take 2+ month for these glasses to be ready. Also my sunglasses were loose. Horrible customer service and overcharged place for the service they gave
