This club is fantastic easy parking it has a pool and a Jacuzzi Heavy lifting areas is great. I tried this class called body combat it was really fun. All the employees are really friendly

Looking for a new gym so tied this place.
More like a disco in there then a gym, music is ridiculously loud, had earbuds flat out and still could not drown it out, plus now I have a headache.

My parents signed up for the personal trainer program here but after they stopped going, they canceled the program.however, because gold gym is such a money loving business, they steal money from their members with their cheap tricks.they kept taking money out from my dads account even though they canceled the program, so we lost a bit of money because of this.a tip for those who want to sign up to a gym, never go here unless u want to lose money from a bunch of snakes.

Great gym, has well kept equipment. Changing rooms and bathrooms are well kept. It's a 2 story gym with the entrance on the second floor with the changing room and pool on the first floor.

Bad experience when I get the membership I asked if I can go for all Golds gym they was say yes 3 weeks later I went to other And they was very rude they tell me that I am not belong to use that gym

Walk in yesterday to ask for membership they make me fill up basic info and they told me some one will come to help me to take a seat. Was there almost and hour nobody came so I left.

The gym is ok. Only thing its a huge hassle to cancel your membership. You cant cancel by calling or showing up in person.you need to cancel through a parent company named ABC financial and then it takes forever! They put you on hold until you just hang up because you are waiting to long.

Because of this gym I will never step foot in another golds gym. The incline bench is held up by a 45 plate Because the seat is broken or doesn't lock. They play the same music over and over and sounds like samples of various songs. There were 2 cable machines that had been broken for the longest time and till this day hadn't seen them fixed. I tried canceling my membership and because it was a couple of days after my payment they said they would still charge me the following month, I talked to Christian Pasos who didn't seem to care when i told him that he didnt say that when i signed up then knew he was gonna say that it was in the agreement. Him along with the other employees deal with this on a daily basis and he said maybe it was a misunderstanding then went as far as telling me that it was only 20 bucks and wasn't a big deal which should have never came out of his mouth. It is a big deal for me because I work hard for my money and don't expect to give it away regardless of the amount. I own a gym and would never do this to any of my members, I went to this gym to workout with a friend and because it was closer to home than my gym but now we both have canceled our memberships and encourage others to not waste their money on this type of gym who employs people who speak to their members in that manner. I will take money to ufc gym Rosemead where they treat you like family instead and not a dollar sign or number. Very disappointed at quality, maintenance and member service.

So, I signed up with the manager “Frank” seems like a knowledgeable guy. Was very kind, he seemed trust worthy so I signed up for a month to month membership on the phone with him.

1. I was told I’m able to cancel anytime.
2. If I needed anything to call and he will help.

One week later I realized that I made a mistake and that my hours conflict with their hours of operations. I called to cancel right away.

Spoke to Frank again and he told me he cancelled my membership and that I wouldn’t be charged.

Unbeknownst to me, 3 month later and they are charging me monthly and even charged an annual maintenance fee of $49. I called spoke with 4 different people who indicated they would fix the problem because Frank NEVER cancelled anything. He lied, and the staff couldn’t cancel a policy.

I asked to speak with him but Frank was no where to be found. “Busy now”

How did I fix the issue?
-I called my bank and disputed the transactions and paid to block Golds gym.

What now?
-Golds gym won’t stop calling me from different numbers telling me that I have an over due/deficient balance lol

REMINDER: I haven’t even been to that gym 1 time! Cancelled within a week.

Conclusion:
Don’t trust Frank “management, “ they are quick to get you in, take your money and forget about anything else. “ so disappointing!

The equipment everything in the gym is good but when it comes for you t stop trying to cancel your membership is a hustle foreals I had to pay 5 months that cause I lost my job and forgot to call to cancel month to month membership so I call for my balance and they told me wich I didn't had a problem paying for it so I pay it when It was time for them to give a a new card it was a problem cause they couldn't get my account to reactivate cause it was in collection already wich they didn't told me before I pay they were just making sure they get their money first forget me I was just another person who got lie to they try to get to get a new membership but I didn't want a new membership cause they don't have the rights to bring people in when u come to work out so forget them not messing with them no more

They treat you signing a contract without you reading it and get you into any contract without your knowledge bunch of crooks and then when you're looking for a manager to speak with nobody's there for you they just want your money

Cancellation issues, I'm a member of this gym I enjoy my workouts besides minor issues, but I got a membership for my daughter and I cancel it at the gym within the five days required on the contract, I canceled at my home gym they accept it and then I found out that the membership wasn't canceled I receive the annual fee charge plus the monthly charge. I went to my home gym for this issue and they sent me to call ABC FINANCIAL for cancelation purposes, I called them and I found out that they do not make refunds.yes no refund allowed! Plus they informed me that home gyms aren't allowed to cancel membership! For any cancellation purposes, you must call ABC FINANCIAL, and the cancellation must be on written 30 days before the final date.so I will be charged again in July for a membership that has never been used.all of this is an unethical approach from the gym to their customers they hide information.

Just signed up and I already want my $$ back. They have so many broken machines and machines that are missing parts making them difficult to adjust. I'm better off using a broomstick and water bottles at home.

Great for serious lifters or the casual 3 times a week gym hussle. Only issue is over crowding in the evenings. With Golds Gyms being few and far between, many surrounding cities have to flock to one location, thus, causing a bottleneck at the gym for equipment. Many times you'll have to stand around and weight for either a bench, dumbbells or machines. Besides that, great place to get a workout during the week and early or late on weekends.

The staff are very nice, good atmosphere, respectful and friendly patrons, good working equipments.

Horrible Customer Service. Two employees yelling at a lady who simply wanted to adjust her membership. Went in for a free day pass and the individual helping us had no enthusiasm or motivation at all. It's shame that this institution has such horrible customer service. I really enjoyed using the equipment here but unfortunately I will not go back.

There's very little open space to begin with but now they've closed off a large portion of space near the offices for Trainers only. When I first joined I specifically asked if there were rules about equipment or parts of the gym being for Trainers only as this was always an issue at other gyms I went to. I was told that there wasn't and that Gold's didn't believe in doing that. We'll they do now apparently and it's causing people to work out on top of each other. I'm disappointed in this new development. Might be searching for another gym.

Customer service is disappointing, I wanted to adjust my membership i was told to talk to one of the agents i waited to only have this lady give me an email to get help I came back to complain to have Joel I think thats he's name, he managed to fix my problem, so I decided to bring a friend to "Joel" but he wasn't that nice the second time he didn't put no effort to get my friend a membership, I was disappointed I even told him if he don't join to golds gym I'll probably join my friends gym instead and he said do you want me to cancel your account right now, I left disappointed.

That woman should be writer.
That was a complaint against me by her.

All I asked her, Im looking someone to get personal training and I would not mind paying per session. I thought she was personal trainer.

Management called me at their office, started harassing me, wasted my time. Manager is very unprofessional and abusive. Management was supporting her side story and treating me to suspend me cause that woman was super dramatic without even showing any evidence.

This is the freedom speech world. People should not forget it.people don't need to be racist over asian. Asian live matter.

I recommend men, don't sign up with this gym if men get treated like garbage by management. We have options.

I will advise gold gym corporate that make your gold gym for women only if men don't get treated right.
