Can't believe that my husband visa is issued. Seems like a dream. My case was placed in AP after interview. After waiting 5 months, I found Goldstein Immigration on Facebook and decided to file lawsuit. It was a tricky decision but I am glad I took it. I took 4 and half months total after filing lawsuit to have results but one thing I can say this process works. There were times where I felt nothing is working but it did eventually. I reached out regarding my delayed case and got a call back the next day which was delayed 3 hours without a notice. A lady called me which was from different department and could not answer to any of my questions. I asked her if she could transfer me to somebody from the department that can answer my questions she said NO and asked me to call back after 2 month. I told her they you are losing a potential client here and this awful service. And she hang up on me! Very Unprofessional!

My wife and I never thought we could do anything about my visa application that was under administrative processing at US Consulate in Montreal, Canada.

Nonetheless, the process took about 1 and 1/2 years since my interview at the consulate on October, 2021, (after the NVC approved our immigration application).

We indeed sympathize the US Consulates tough decisions on issuing visas to applicants. However, we believe the the process should not take this long especially for Canadian citizens (regardless of country of birth) who passed all the background checks. Consulates should understand separation of families is heavy burden emotionally and financially for every family. We never thought suing US consulate was possible or fathomable.

After refused my visa I passing very disappointed time and ask too many person for know about 221g, unfortunately every people said now it's like black hole so don't have anything and no body will do anything about your visa. When embassy wish they will inform me, luckily one day I find Facebook Josh who come go my life like a angel, I explain everything 14 February, it was after 90 days getting 221g then he have ready lawsuit draft 16 March, I got court time frame from 2 April to 2 June, luckily I got email from embassy 25 April for submit passport and then I get visa 2 may. It's like 25 days process, lawsuit help me like a magic, I never forget Josh Help.
