Inflexible, unreasonable, cheap, you name it. Needed a new size and did everything within their policy to return and was greeted with rude comments and telling me to shop elsewhere. Never again

Terrible, terrible service. The colors in two brand-new, very expensive bathing suits ran, and the store manager refused to return or even exchange them. After blaming every other possible thing—sun, covid-related chlorine (!), their best offer was to Buy a replacement for a discounted amount. Ridiculous. Do not shop here.

This place is the worst! I ordered a bikini that didn’t fit me for the first time from there and they refused to give me a refund because they said it was delivered past the return date. Then I explained to them that it didn’t get to me by that date and since I’m a new customer if they are able to let it pass this time. The owner was so rude in email telling me it’s my fault the customers and she’s not refunding me. Do not shop here if you want to lose money and be degraded by the owner who will be extremely rude via email and try to get you on the phone to be even ruder. What kind of customer service is that? I have never dealt with such poor service and cheap owners in my life.

Best selection of bathing suits in San Diego - hands down. There is no competition. The owner knows what he’s doing and this place has been fire since I was in high school. Love love love - but yea it’s pricey!

Gone bananas beachwear in my opinion has the best selection of bikinis and they carry the most brands. But if you still have a bikini body this is the place to go. There’s literally something for everybody and the staff is sincere and incredibly helpful. What I’m trying to say is they’re very truthful about what looks good and what doesn’t. Not the cheapest place to buy a bikini but high quality and in fashion.

Super fun store with a bunch of bikinis! Expensive but this is what you pay for for a nice bikini. Also they have 20% off for military which is very nice too!

Great store! I didn't even know this place existed until my friend brought me here. There are so many baiting suit options. Definitely something for everyone. I bought way too much but love everything I got.

I live nearby and come here all the time and they never fail to have the most helpful staff members consistently. The bathing suits are sooo cute and so it helps tremendously that the staff are so nice too.
