13This is one of our top boba shops. Our favorite is the earl grey tea. It’s super delicious and refreshing. Also the strawberry matcha was yummy too. Gong Cha is now a regular visit for us.

Asked to make the fruit tea less sweet and was told no they cant. Asked to add less syrup and the short, brown haired lady rudely answered. Left without ordering. Avoid if you like to customize your drink
Honestly, these tiny tea places can sometimes be such rip offs! They charged me extra for double foam then gave only one single shot of foam. $8 for a not at all good tasting tea. Never coming back here!
A very good and cost-efficient place for milk tea. Just hope they can somehow decorate the place, it's a bit wear out

Some really great and unique options here for Boba and Tea. We got the Cloud Tea and the Thai Tea. We were underwhelmed by the Thai Tea and I didn't even drink it all (normally I love Thai Tea) but the Cloud Tea was great and the Boba tasted good (slightly smaller Boba spheres than other places but the amount is the same if that matters)
Brown sugar milk tea w boba less sweet:
The brown sugar here is pretty sweet but also has a roasted flavor that I like. At first it's sweet but after mixing it has a nice balance. The boba has no chew and almost dissolves.
Brown sugar London fog eclipse:
You can't adjust this drink at all and it's cloyingly sweet.
Pretty decent price and taste for the Thai tea. A little sad that I couldn't adjust the sugar for that drink but it is what it is!
