Gong Cha reviews
8The popcorn chicken is insane good and a very large portion for the price. It's a bit confusing to get your order as there are two counters and the one that food comes out at is kind of tucked away from where we were sitting so we didn't hear them call our order when it was up. But seriously THAT POPCORN CHICKEN
Great Service first time here and very helpful and explain how it works. Only issue was they didn't have boba.sad face
I give it 5 stars because the service was very fast for me I just had to ask for my tea and they gave it to me in less than 1 minute
Extremely slow in their service! There was four workers and only two customers with for drinks and it took them 20. The workers look like they didn't know what they were doing
Great place to go and get boba by yourself or with friends, there's also a Vietnamese restaurant next to it to get food. I would reccomend the Passion Fruit Green Tea, and Lychee Oolong Tea! Both are really tasty and refreshing. I like coming here with other people during their Buy one Get one promotion from 6-8. The only problem I have is that the music inside can be quite loud, and it's very disturbing while I try to talk to people.
Bad service. I came to order calamari Togo and it took them a while to make my food. It was understandable the waiting time. I had my drink from the store next door with me and they told me I couldn't bring my drink with me into their store after collected my money. The girl was mean and not understand business. If I sit there eating the calamari and drank other store's drinks, I would be under why they didn't allow. However, I was waiting for my order to take away and they gave me attitude. No wonder the rating is only 3 stars. Need to train that employee again.
I love the Gong Cha brand. Drink selection is great but I'm still disenchanted with this particular branch because of the service. The first few times I figured they were still new and learning but each time I go it's the same feeling. This last time an older lady was at the counter and she was practically scowling at people. So unfriendly. Sharetea at Alameda landing has a much better atmosphere and vibe. Also they put less ice in there so it's a more satisfying experience overall.
Went to this place for the first time with my friend. So first thing. It's so big of location. Love the space. Next there 2 parts to this. The front is for tea and boba. Then to the left of it is good so it's best of both worlds. I got a tora smoothie. With 30 percent sugar. Taste like sugar and it was amazing. Parking there w garage but it's a 3 min walk. But so worth going.
