I was walking in had no idea what I wanted to purchase and thanks to Silvia she introduce herself properly with respect and gave me the best deals for all the sectionals I liked, you won’t regret coming to this store they have high quality furniture stop by and ask for Silvia

I went into Good Deals the other day and was greeted by Ms Sylvia, who asked me if she could assist me. I told her yes and began telling her what i was looking for. I stated that since the passing of my wife, that i was looking to replace or redo my living room. Sylvia started asking questions to get a feel for my taste and a time frame to replace furniture. Sylvia was very compassionate to the loss of my wife and showed me her commitment to her job but more-so the needs of her customer. She asked me about my style, my color choices, my taste.
I told her that I would get her a layout of the room so she would have a better idea of what would work.
She then showed me around the store getting a feeling of my taste. After about a half hour or so, i told her after the new year that i would be back. She is an awesome employee and I am looking forward to buy because of her. Thank you for hiring her.

I had recently visited this store ‘ mind you this was my first time coming to this place very nice btw. As I was walking in I was helped by this lady named Adriana. She politely greeted me in the store she then had asked me what was I looking for ‘ asking me for any ideas that I had in mind ‘ I had told her I was looking for grey sectionals she started showing me around showing me different options similar to what I was looking for. She showed me a beautiful sectional that I fell in love with I then told Adriana I was going to keep her in mind as well as the sectional & of course I also thanked her for assisting me the way she did I explained to her that I wanted to keep my options open ‘ but now really thinking about it I want to go ask for her so I can purchase those couches! If you ever plan on looking for any furniture places come here! They have different options & styles that you make like if you do come make sure you as for Adriana! You won’t regret it. I would definitely recommend this store, such a great store and let me mention that the costumer service is absolutely great! I went here with my mom who doesn’t speak English and I thought I was gonna have trouble translating because my Spanish isn’t that great, but once we got to the store there was this young lady named silvia who spoke great Spanish and because of that my mom was able to shop very comfortably and I didn’t have to stress about translating because silvia was going beyond and translating everything in Spanish, she told my mom about all the great deals going on and etc I couldn’t be any happier with the customer service especially silvia she really didn’t have to translate but she did anyways! I would definitely recommend to shop at this store! I might take my dad here too because he’s looking for a mattress and now that I know silvia is working here and knows Spanish I know for a fact she would be able to help my dad pick the perfect Mattress.

I had a great experience here! I came in to look at sectionals and Silvia helped show me my options and finance plans. She’s the best, her customer service is top tier & I will definitely came here again for future furniture needs.

I went here with my mom to check out what they had for her new apartment and Mariana was so sweet and helpful. She showed us some stuff that was in my mom's budget and helped her pick out a couch. Really good service from her.

I had an amazing experience here at good deals! Belen sold me a couch that looks absolutely gorgeous in my new place. She knew all the knowledge about what would look good and what is worth my money. She was super friendly and helpful and I would love to come back just because of her.

I came in not sure if I wanted a sectional or a couch and love seat set. Silvia gave me plenty of options and finally settled for a sectional. She provided great customer service and overall was pretty cool.

I was nervous about buying new furniture, and had no idea what I was looking for. But a really nice lady (I think her name is Venus?) saw my distress, and basically came to my rescue. I ended up leaving with what I’m going to call my forever furniture. Thanks!

I recently visited the store in search of some new furniture. I was indecisive and having trouble with choosing the furniture I wanted. Venus was very patient and attentive. I ended up purchasing a sectional that goes perfect in my new place.

Recently went in to the store and got assistance from Silvia, she was super friendly and had great customer service and was able to get me in and out of the store with what I wanted at a great price and super fast

Worst furniture store ever I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Take your money elsewhere. Its been over a month for delivery. Fake dates. Furniture damaged upon delivery. Missing items forgeted at warehouse. Block all our numbers and do not answer for over a month. Only answers on a different number. Everytime we call that new number gets blocked. Run away from this store. Their corporate office won't answer our calls either. You can get the EXACT same furniture for less on a famously known app. The app also has better rates for the same insurance they offer here. Good Deals Furniture does not deserve your hard earned money.

Update. They called from a random number after I posted the initial review. They told me again the same thing their manager has been telling me. I believe this time they recorded the conversation to lie about trying to resolve the issue a going on for a month now. I highly suggest using your app to buy this type of furniture. The app is easier to deal with.
