We bought a Chevy Silverado 2500 from them on 8/19. We experienced some mechanical issues 2 days after bringing it back home to the High Desert. We proceeded to get an estimate to fix the issues totaling $2600 and then reached out to Good Guys Auto about the situation. After reaching an agreement, they offered to pay $1000 towards the parts to fix the problems. We appreciate their willingness to do this as many other dealers would not. Thank you.

We chose to purchase our vehicle because they gave us a fair price for our trade and Sam wasn't pushy like most sales people. They worked out a better finance rate a few days later as well. We will be back next December for our next trade.

My husband was dead set on purchasing a used truck and had 4 out of 5 things that the truck must have in his mind. We went to Good Guys Auto Sales off Miramar Road and started to scope out the lot to select the top 2 trucks that fit his requirements best. Sam approached us as we were looking at all the trucks on the lot. He asked us what were were looking for in a truck and he made the selection process so easy because of his knowledge of what he had on the lot that would closely meet Keylon's requirements. We test drove the truck and were very pleased with it. We assessed the truck closely and told Sam what we would like fixed on it to seal the deal. Sam even added a couple of items that we didn't notice. We loved his honesty, and Sam was also a man of his word. He had everything fixed for us and we are completely happy with the putchase! Probably the best auto purchase experience I've had. Staff was patient and kind. They weren't pushing for a sale and worked with me. They are constantly getting new/ used vehicles in their inventory. Sam, Chuck and Liz worked great together to get me exactly what I wanted at a good monthly payment, before I left (even with my not so good credit score).
