First time using a property management company. Good life came highly recommended from two different colleagues at work, and was also the most approachable/helpful when answering questions we had while interviewing possible companies. 6 months later, and we couldn't be happier.

Despite multiple delays on our end due to things like water damage repairs we needed to take care of first, Chloe was always helpful and very easy to talk to. She even forwarded us the info on a contractor Good Life uses, after ours made some major mistakes that needed to be rectified.

Once we finally were ready to sign, Brandon took excellent care of us. From making necessary tweaks to our lease, to answering any questions we had about the online portal or the contract itself, we always felt like our concerns were being taken seriously and properly handled.

All I can say is - so far so great! Had we known how much easier this would make our life we would have used Good Life years ago.

These guys are great they they’ve done a lot for me and have made owning a property incredibly easy. They draw up all the leases based on local rates, they find tenants with background checks completed, they list the property and do a great job finding tenants. They deal with all repairs and send a quote beforehand. They keep track of my tax records regarding the property. They even helped file my insurance claim when there was water damage. These people are wonderful and have a relatively small price for such quality work. 10/10 best management company.

I definitely recommend Good Life Property Management. It is my first time going through a rental agency and Everyone has been very friendly and welcoming. They are great in communicating with apartment showings, to handing keys, to lease signing. I'm very grateful for Taji in communication of following up with signatures, paperwork, and ensuring maintenance issues are followed up. She has been very helpful via text and via email. Upon moving in I was pending the dishwasher to be installed. Taji was very quick in getting this situated for me and the installation appointment was placed the following week. 100/100 for service.

Sonia Meynard was immensely helpful in providing me assistance with management and third-party vendors. We had a termite infestation and Sonia walked us through the entire process. Sonia is very patient and fast with replying and on top of it. She made this whole process entirely smooth. Derek Perez made our Thanksgiving holiday! Our oven died the week before Thanksgiving and was reported to Good Life immediately. The owner decided to replace the oven instead of repair it. On Monday, the week of Thanksgiving, we were notified that the new oven would be installed 11/27, the week after Thanksgiving. I called Derek to explain that this was unacceptable due to when I reported the issue and the impending Thanksgiving “food” holiday. I told him that this was the oven’s week to work. Derek to my issue and made it his priority. He had the new oven purchased and delivered on Tuesday and installed Wednesday morning, just in time to bake some pies, and begin my Thanksgiving cooking. Thank you Derek helping the process along quickly and immediately and for making our Thanksgiving holiday a tasty one.

We were trying to rent our property and found Good Life through some research. They pretty much took care of it all from making our property ready to finding renters and taking care of little things that could seem a lot when you’re moving. They were able to find tenants in couple of days from the day of listing. We have been working with them for 6 months and looking forward to continue working with them in future.
