Good Nite Inn Redwood City San Francisco

Rooms smells like cigarettes and the carpet is worn and stained. A/C doesn't work. I strongly suspect the other reviews are fake. Because this hotel is gross.

Great stay, quiet, staff super nice. I didn't realize the room would have a small balcony and sliding door, bonus:)

Me and my wife traveled from Florida
We wanted to find a hotel for 8 days we seen the reviews of the goodnight inn
And thought it’ll be a great place for us to stay. Long story short we arrived checked in into our room and we could smell feces and our room window was slightly open
The padding on the bed was thin and you could smell cigarettes throughout the whole inn. We ended up staying one night and left the following monring

Our experience there is poor
We later then found out that this inn is known for its poor service by the residence close by

For those looking I recommend to not stay at the goodnight inn
That place is simply trash

Have enjoyed staying here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Traffic in the area is pretty moderate. The IHOP that's right next door has fabulous food that I enjoyed for the last 2 days. Room is very very quiet cannot hear any of the traffic outside let alone highway 101. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are nice and clean-we did have a issue with plumbing-Santiago was on duty and expertly moved us to a better, larger room- Your staff is excellent-great service would stay again!

Stayed here for one night before flying home from SFO. It's about 20-30 minutes drive to that airport, depending on traffic. Nice, simple rooms, no complaints. The check-in staff were extremely friendly and helpful. You also get 10% off at the next door IHOP when you show your keycard.

A very pleasant stay for 2 nights. Check in staff was very friendly and very efficient. Room was a decent size, modern and very clean and up to a very good standard. Nice pool. For the price this hotel is highly recommended.

Check in was awesome. But argumentive housekeeping staff. Careful for your safety always lock your door.

Huge rooms! Absolutely huge for this price.
Conveniently close to 101, but isn't that noisy.

Coming here since 25 years.good old memories bring me back each time I am visiting for a few nights.
This time mixed feelings.
- very nice people at the front desk at arrival. Perfect
- room service: no idea what happened. Bed was not done once, trash was left for two days even that I left once around 10 am. But ok, fresh towels each day
- rooms are clean and ok. I like the "retro" look as it reminds me of the old days. Everything is in good shape and working well
- check-out was unpleasant. The person seemed not really able to handle it. Asked if I can change the billed credit card as I needed to. Answer: no! Asked for a printed bill as I was not offered one. Got then a copy of the check-in registration. I said I need a real bill with taxes etc.for my expense report. Was told the price is on the first print out too! Then the person ran away to the back. Waited. Asked then again for a really bill and you could see that the person was already very annoyed and gave me a look.so finally I got the correct document.

Restroom shower curtain kept slipping down toward the middle of curtain rod pain in butt. They didn't have a TV channel guide. Had to keep flipping from channel to channel. Pain in butt. Went to office asking for 1 they don't have any. When flipping thru channel guide it keep saying "no information". If more than 1 person make sure room has more than 1 face towel before settling in. Other than that it was a nice stay. Has a nice pool with help for handicap, has a lift to put you in water. IHOP next door is closed at 10 pm

Horrible motel next to homeless encampment. Smells awful. Staff is terrible especially “Basel” who works at the front desk. Dude looks like a real creeper and was super rude. Starting threatening me to call the police bc he couldn’t handle his job

Great place for the price we paid. Pool was great for relaxing, perfect location to get around the cities in the area and everything was nice and clean on the property. You do get the freeway noise, which didn't bother us, but to some it will be loud.
