I am from Virginia and the goodwill there is 100 times better than this dump. In VA clothing are cheap around $1.99, $2,99 and so on but this goodwill charges a ridicuoulous amount of $10-60. I mean talk about GREED. They literally price everyhting at random, you see things like $12.72, $19.68, $22.37, $38.93 and so on like they're literally milking consumers. They also have nasty kitchen wares that has been clearly overused and they're selling for more than a brand new product through retail. Also when they get brand new things they mark it at an absurd price when it's much less than the retail store. For example I saw a women's comb set for $40 when you can get it at Walmart for $14.99 it's RIDICULOUS!

Not sure what is going on or who does the price tags but everything other than the clothes is more expensive than buying it online. I see used electronics and home appliances that cost more than Amazon. Even used or broken furniture is more expensive than online. It's like buying used items at prices that's more than brand new. It's definitely not any help to people who want to buy something affordable.

Was holding an item that cost $7.49 and a worker grabbed the item from my hand telling me it is $21 dollars and needed to be locked up, she then walked to the backroom and whilst i'm waiting for that item, she came out from the back and handed that same item to one of her friend that is shopping there. It's an unpleasant experience.

Terible stuff and rude to costumers. Especially the girl with both arms in tatoos and black hair. She is very rude and dishonest when you ask her about prices. She takes items away and says that she through them out then reprised much higher than they were originally.
I am not donating anything at this location anymore. Also people on the back who collect donations always shout and yell at people who bring stuff to be donated.

I live in Palo Alto, but I prefer to drive to My View for drop off. They take many donations including linens, sleeping bags, and E-waste. Most importantly they are friendly and helpful, unlike the Palo Alto location. Thank you!

They don't take air mattresses, fyi. Super helpful staff for sorting the rest of my donations! I was glad to see working electronics separated from e-waste, and a protected bin for glass.

Up dated review. This store has an amazing Manger! She's probably the best and nicest out of all the Goodwills in the area.
