Goodwill of Silicon Valley reviews
19Today I scored! A Taylor Made Driver in excellent condition. When new this club cost $500. I got it lightly used for $4. What a great deal! You never know what you will find at Goodwill!
Expected to find some affordable clothing, but everything was overpriced. Dissapointed to be quite honest.
Great stuff, ok prices. Items upstairs are pricey in the loft but did manage to find one item that was probably decent priced, so I bought it. Cinderella's wedding box $20
No one told me about the hidden loft that is upstairs, I just wandered into the elevator and found a sweet little gem upstairs full of antique and high end clothing. I bought cool records and some other nice finds. This is in a weird area but i'll be back, thanks
Great place to find the unexpected item of happiness; but the bottom line in fort Smith AR prices are getting a little too
Customer service is awful. Walked around with my hands full of things to donate for 5 minutes before finding an employee on both floors. Finally found two and one was helping a customer while another walked away. I just wanted to know where to put the clothes.
I arrived at 8: 45 pm today (Saturday) and one of the employees (an elderly guy with glasses, light brown pants and a black t shirt) told me they were closed but the time to close is 9 pm. I stayed so frustrated because there were a lot of customers inside the store.
A main 1st floor Goodwill has some excellent prices and a good products. The 2nd floor has an area called the loft. It is filled with some extremely cool antiques, retro ideas, quality items at ridiculously low prices.
I'll be back often!
I was in here yesterday and may go back today. It's a large store - I didn't know it has an upstairs, thanks fellow reviewer - and yes, lots of household stuff, lots of clothes, lots of everything. Great place to fill a house or new apartment with those things you never think about like plates and serving dishes and odds and ends.
We just stumbled upon this store. We saw it from the street and decided to go in. We had a good 'ole time looking at all the stuff. This store is really clean and organized. It also has a boutique of higher end stuff upstairs. Be warned though. The workers do not like kids in the boutique without an adult with them. They are pretty rude to the kids if they think they are not being watched. It has plenty of parking.
Seems to have an updated selection, but it is a very small store. I think the pricing is a little high for some items. They also do not have 50% off tags like other stores do.
Just watch out for the parking lot. The parking lot is narrow and full of deep potholes.
It's clean and well lit, however, the clothes are organized by color, not size, which makes shopping for kids nearly impossible
I can’t believe the prices of the store they are so damn price don’t they know that they use clothes not brand new ️
Small and basic store downstairs, “loft” section upstairs more like a consignment-type store. Generally clean store and helpful staff. Definitely a great place to check out mostly for the upstairs portion.
Visited this location to see the Loft upstairs and the remodel. The Loft was way over priced. I suspect it will flop.
Bigger than other Goodwill stores in the South Bay, and they have a curated upstairs vintage boutique with stuff that's higher-priced than typical Goodwill stuff but still great deals for some gems.
Love the stuff i found here. Except my lady found one sandle she loved and couldn't find the other sadly. Only one councilor visit a week for it.
Great clothes at great prices.except the harassment of loss prevention.sucks.cant shop in peace
