Goodwill Retail Store reviews
13I always find good clothes here. I would have given 5 stars but there is an employee here who is always so rude. According to my receipt, her name is Shannon. She was rude to me two different times while I was shopping.
Haven’t been in this Goodwill Store in years. Wandered in yesterday with my mom and found the perfect table to be my writing desk for $25. It is simple black table with sturdy legs and no dings or scratches anywhere. We paid for it and were able to pick it up in the alley entrance. The back room clerk even helped me take the legs off so I could fit it in my car. Can’t wait to get it reassembled and setup for all of my writing of things.
Pros: Great quality items. Priced well.
Cons: Not a lot of selection. Small, tight, space.
This has got to be the poshest Goodwill in California. Everything is beautiful displayed. Everything is clean and in good repair. The absence of items that should have been thrown in the trash and not stacked on the shelves in total disarray is noted. I couldn't believe what a nice shopping excursion this was. This has got to be the only Goodwill I have shopped in where I didn't need to immediately find a place to wash the dirt off my hands.plus the prices were excellent for quality goods. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
They need to help people with low prices but you can buy new clothes in Ross Marshall or tgmax with the same price
Excellent prices
Very clean
Excellent people
Wonderful employees
Lovely items
They got cute designer stuff behind the glass. Unfortunately the tory Burch flats didn't have the size labeled on there and I was wearing shoes that were hard to put on so I couldn't try them on.
They had 3 pairs, I bought 1 and when I went back the other 2 were gone and there was a different pair. But I had to use the bathroom so I couldn't check them out. They're probably gone by now. The clerk was courteous.
One thing about GW. You never know what you'll find. Its like a treasure hunt -and you can find things you need at a decent price too.
I go there three times a week. Found the most beautiful picture of diamond head Hawaii today.
They have ton of sunglasses and purses but the store is very small and the prices are higher for things than other stores in the area and they are not really flexible when negotiating prices even though i have been told they price based off of HALF of ebays avg selling price for the same or similar item.
Decent selection of things from clothing to silverware and drinking glasses. Couldn't personally find anything I was really interested in, but the options are there for those who want it.
The quality of the merchandise at the La Mesa Goodwill Store is excellent. Many things are new and the original box. Everything is nicely sorted and displayed. It is always a pleasant shopping experience.
The store is one of the smaller ones I go to, but the merchandise is very nice and well-organized. The personnel are also very helpful.
