Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Center reviews
4They have a lot of things, but as many reviews have said, this is extremely overpriced. Any shoe I picked up was $29.99. I didn't see any shirts for less than $5.99 (no matter the condition), which when I usually go to a goodwill are the ones I set aside to consider if I REALLY want it. These items would be between $3-$5 at any other goodwill I have been to. There is a reason we shop at Goodwill over retail, and you guessed it, its the price. There were a lot of items that were incorrectly sized as well, which as it is, I am already fishing for my size in the jumble of clothes. I can easily spend $50-$70 at a goodwill and leave very happy with a bag full of things and an intention to return multiple times a month. This one I wont return to. I will stick to the locations in Chula Vista, way more "Goodwill" priced items. I gave more than one star only because the staff was very polite and very friendly and helpful. The reviews have responses that say they will forward the suggestions to "the right department" but there are reviews that are 10+ months old, so.guess that's either not happening or they don't care that they are losing a lot of potential for repeat customers.
Overpriced! They have decent stuff but everything it’s way too expensive. Even shoes and clothes that are in terrible condition.
There’s cute sweaters and bags but the prizes are a little too much for a used item, cmon now.
Literally smells just like every other goodwill in the country, had a great experience!
