Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Center, Imperial Beach CA

It’s pretty low, to take on a trainee who is on disability, hire and place two people from the outside before her and leave her hanging to find a new job at the end of the three month training period. There is that better?

Would not shop there again.

Nice clothing selection but a bit disappointed there weren't many books. Clerk was very friendly!

Good location and this store does a good job with merchandising. Prices on clothes are higher than I would expect.
On this particular visit it was pouring rain and when two young boys brought in a large size donation they were told they had to go back out in the rain and take it to the back of store. Seemed pretty ridiculous to me under the circumstances.

Store has a huge inventory of men's clothes compared to other Goodwills. And the sizing of items is more accurate than most stores. Nice store.

I bought an item and attempted to exchange it but they denied my request. I had the receipt and the policy online says they can take exchanges up to 60 days. Also their prices suck now.

Sometimes I will find an absolute treasure. Not today but I'll return. Clean store and friendly staff.

Please stop selling dollar store items for more than the price at the dollar store. Goodwill can't be that greedy! Also, you should donate those military uniforms to a more appropriate thrift store located on base.

This is my favorite location. From the aisle distribution, to the music, and the friendly staff, there's something special about this one. Some of my favorite thrift finds come from this store! Lots of BQT at amazing prices.

My wife found a holiday dress that called her name.she bought it.i haven't seen it yet.but she's happy with it.this pandemic has taken it's toll on holidays.once in awhile there's pretty good stuff in the thrift stores.not many of us can afford the mall

I went to goodwill just a few minutes.
And as it is we are required face mask everbody in side had one except one lady that was shopping.
I told the cashier about that and he said i just notice that sorry how many employees are working? There and no one said nothing to her.

Store was clean, well displayed. Service was courteous and prompt.

I go here for when I need to buy clothing items that I don't plan on wearing too often, like dresses. Good selection and quality. I have found BCBG, White House Black Market (still with tags), J crew, Philosophy and other great brands for really good prices. I do wish the lighting in the dressing rooms was brighter, a little too dim in there.
