Goodwill Sacramento Valley & Northern Nevada, Elk Grove CA

Pretty well kept store considering the shopping center its in. Cashier (no name tag unfortunately) was very friendly and composed with handling the long line by herself. Just a side note to what I witnessed while there. IF YOU STEAL FROM GOODWILL CONSIDER YOURSELF GARBAGE! These stores employ individuals with disabilities so if you do take from these wonderful people there's a special place in H E double hockey sticks for you. SCUM!

Great place the staff is helpful and polite and plenty of items to choose from. This is a really good Goodwill to shop at.

Love their things. So clean. Workers smile and are so helpful. It's my only shopping ace now.

For a goodwill place the prices are over priced. $35 for a used Halloween costume is a bit of a rip off when you can pay the same price for a new one at a Halloween store.

Great and honest. My daughter left her purse in the change room. The staff found it and put it aside and it was returned with all the money inside

Efficient. Nice guy helped us unload stuff and kept the line moving even though there were quite a few people there to donate.

Quick and easy. Folks are working hard at receiving and turning you around with a receipt. We are happy to donate and suggest you do before throwing your things out.

Horrible customer service. Line looped around parking lot. Finally got to the front and find out why. Per there policy they say they won't take donations unless they are pre sorted. So everyone is has to get out there car and sort through donations. Staff literally pushed a tub full of clothes back to me to sort because I was unsure if they were completely sorted through. Team member became irrate when I question why they was no signs or anything on there website to give you a heads up. Good will in Elk Grove Ca. Was far below standard compared to others I've been to in less prestigious neighbor hoods. Shouldn't be this hard to donate. It took all of 1 hr to get it done.

This place was very busy but the workers were super helpful and friendly! You can tell they really enjoy what they do.thanks!

Purge Baby Purge!

This is my second trip here as I came by a month ago and the line was long. I was being impatient and decided to come back. Bad idea. The line was still long and I missed the cutoff of drop offs. (I think it's 1 o'clock).

So this time I arrived around 11a and the line was long. But this time I waited. It took less than 10 mins. So stay in the line and don't so like me and drive around with the stuff for a month. Lol!

The attendants were nice and helpful. They were masked up and asked appropriate questions about what was in my donations.

This goodwill is big and has really good stuff, I noticed prices are decent compared to other goodwills

Everyone is friendly and everything is nice and tidy for the most part, and everything is organized, it's great!

This is one of the nicest stores I've seen in California they try to organize by size which is very helpful. I think prices could be cheaper but I'm told its because we are in cali. They need more sales. In az everyday they do a different color of the day and every other sat its 50 percent off of everything.

Hidden treasures are here! We have some sweet shirts, blankets, and cups from this place. As a college student, this store has brought me a nice thing or two for my fiance and I

Dropped off some clothes and the process is very easy. You drive up and wait your turn then two employees have carts to take your donations.
