Goodwill Sacramento Valley & Northern Nevada

This goodwill is lacking in customer service. Shout out to Timmy for the worst employee of the month. Really grumpy! On the positive side they have a huge selection of jeans Levi's and some other good brands. They have lot of pictures, good frames and well priced lamps. Somebody must have done a big overhaul because the 1st few times I went I felt like I was at a hoarder's garage sale. I go here once every few months to check out what kind of new jeans come in. Check the reviews I'm not the only one that talks about the grumpy old guy at the front. It's not a deal breaker but it's definitely not comfortable.

This place has done a big overhaul when I first one it was very cluttered and unorganized. Now I’m able to find good little trinkets and clothes. My only complaint would be customer service there’s a guy named Timmy that works at the front cashier and he is horribly disrespectful and mean.

I always stop by every couple weeks to see if there's anything new and/or interesting waiting for me to find it.

This store in nice enough. Can find some good items. But they have no shopping carts unless you wait on a list

I have been going to this thrift store for years when I’m in the area. Today was no different I went to the Goodwill and after the rude cashier charged me for my items he says we have no newspaper. I had over 20 glass canning jars. I said I wish you would have told me that before I purchased them. I told him just give me my money back. He was arguing with me saying I have purchased the items already. I said you should tell the customer you have nothing to wrap glass in so I can make a choice to shop somewhere else. He didn’t give me that chance so I called the store spoke with the manager Sara. She was very nice. I told her every time I go there he is rude to me and as a business owner I would never have any employee talk to a customer like that. I also told her I will never shop at her store again.

Just all right. It used to be my favorite Goodwill now I don't care if we don't stop to go inside and look. We'll usually drop off donations then shop around. I only leave the store with two or three items everytime. Slim pickings for me never can really find anything. The staff are always so nice and helpful though. They have always been so kind to me. The rating is based on what I find and it hasn't been a lot of good items for a long time. Keep up the awesome work Goodwill staff you are awesome!:)

This place only accepts whatever they want, if off season they wont accept the donation. Don’t accept a lot of things. First and last time coming here.

It was probably one of the best Goodwill's I have ever been too. The Goodwill on HWY 49 in Auburn has astronomical prices! The one in Rocklin is small and not much organization. Of course I have to be fair today every where I looked there was something I wanted or had been looking for. The Rocklin store never has what I am seeking. Great job to the Northern California Goodwill on Elkhorn Blvd!

Ample parking, great selection and reasonably priced. I like how full this store is. They have stuff spilling into the aisles. It's a treasure hunt every time!

Was refused services by a robot like grumpy old man when trying to buy a nice pair of cowboy boots and a book. I will Not return to this location.

You can find anything from home to fashion and now in this season you'll find costumes of every kind.

Went smooth for a donation, we placed our items in carts. Was hard to find a location open. Looks like most express donation locations are closed but it is not updated indicating that. The location on Madison Ave said it was open but all signs are off the building.
