Goodwill Sacramento Valley & Northern Nevada reviews
7It's 6: 50pm. They're supposed to close at 7pm. The Latino/white man with a plaid shirt and dreads locked the door as I was walking up. If you close 10 minutes early, put that on Google, so we won't waste gas. Another person in the parking lot who pulled up with me saw what happened and left. 2 potential customers gone. Poor, 1 star service.
Been here twice. First visit was good.
Second visit was quick but what caught me off guard was the cashier lady charge me to round my change up without asking me. It’s not much but I think asking would be better appropriate for the future.
I can always find something nice at this goodwill. Note: The donation part of the store closes 1 hour before the main store.
I came to the Goodwill on January 24,2023 went inside to ask for somebody to come help me with the donation nobody ever showed up and I was ignored had to leave and go to the next location. Don’t come to this one unprofessional.
Everything is over priced for a thrift store or is it like this everywhere?
I would not donate my clothes to goodwill to sell it at a high price to others.
Besides that, place is very organized and clean. AND employees are super nice.
Got four pairs of pants for the price of one new pair, they still had original tags on them.
This is one of the most organized Goodwill's I've been to. The racks were organized by garment type and color. It's a bit smaller than the average Goodwill. The clothes were mostly fast fashion brands.
Great spot for someone who gets overwhelmed in thrift stores.
