Goodwill Southern California Store & Donation Center reviews
18I love going on Thursdays when they have a special colored tag that's super cheap. Today was red tags for $1.99.
Great workers nice friendly inviorment I would recommend and also Michelle thanks for helping me with a jacket today.:) Your doing a great job 2022:)
Employees very helpful, nice variety of items in store, currently 10/10/2022 you get 15% off a purchase if you donate before you purchase and download the scanning barcode, relatively close parking so easy in easy out, Thank you
Shopping here is like borrowing clothes from a friend. It's used but there is cute stuff. I like to go here when I'm low on money but still want to get me something:)
The store smelled horrible. Selection was old, worn, and over priced. Very odd characters in the parking lot.
Yuck
Best goodwill out here in Riverside/Corona area. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Everything is well organized just.
Lot's of cool stuff! I found some things that were not marked, but someone put some good prices on them
If you are planning on dropping off a donation, call ahead. This location does not honor the hours that are posted on the website. We took items in at 7pm, the doors were locked to the donation area, the girl at the counter offered no reason, just asked us to come in the next day. Disappointing.
Shopping at Goodwill is always an adventure because there are great finds. I like shopping here with family because this store has everything from clothes, accessories, home goods, etc. The staff are hard workers and appreciate business from the community. Goodwill is sustained by our donations so if you have a little extra to give it is beneficial.
Their merchandises are donations. Thursdays are $1 on sale tag. Customers go there because they want to save money but prices is like the new merchandise stores. I'll rather go to Burlington, DD, Ross stores. They have to lower the prices so that people will buy them.
I am disabled and kind of slow and the girl working was extremely rude and refused to help get my many donations to the right bins. She did take one bag and just dumped it and broke the fountain and the little rocks flew everywhere. Will definitely find somewhere else to donate at.
This store is great because it's clean and organized (clothes by size and pants by size). We got things that my dad needs for his job (t-shirt had to be thick) and bowls for my mom that she always wanted to have (Pioneer Woman; we loved the floral looks on it and loving her cooking show on Food Network). We'll be coming back to looking around and bought things we need. There's also donation room next to this store!
I have zero idea who told Goodwill of Southern California that you should price your records at 7.99 but that was stupid. Who is going to buy crates of trashed garbage with maybe one decent thing out of hundreds for that price. You are on some great drugs.
As someone who goes to goodwills day after day this is one of the best staffed goodwills. Being staffed after the pandemic seems to be a problem in alot of places but this one always seems to be up kept. Prices are okay don't see very many things over 10 dollars.
The smell in this goodwill is HIDEOUS. As soon as i walked in the store my cheeks started trembling uncontrollably. I began searching in the mens jean section when i took i sharp right and instantly saw this kind soul passed out on the floor. The candles in store do not smell welcoming, they shocked my poor little braincells. I will not ever be coming back to thrift at this store ever ever again. And to this lady, i am so so so sorry that you had to go through this traumatic incident, much love goes to you and your family.
Always great clean and organized, great deals and good cashiers thank you goowill for tbe great experience
Price on HomeGoods have tripled in price. The one thing that hasn't changed. The employees are still very nice.
