Goodwill Southern California Store & Donation Center

Time to boycott Goodwill. Blue tag showed that items were $1.00. I went to buy some jeans amongst about $40.of other items and they said that was yesterday’s tag and couldn’t do it. Think the managers name was Amanda and then the other 2 ladies were extremely rude. The manager especially because she was taken away from a conference call. Obviously they are not familiar with California state laws and if a sign is posted they are supposed to sell at that priced. I will shop Salvation Army more now. And I will forward the picture I took to corporate and higher up.

Great customer service. 2 star rating because its over priced and dirty. They think they are retail selling new stuff. I have found several items sold brand new and clean from walmart and 99 cent store at goodwill used dirty broken selling almost double what they are new and a few items that just came in the dollar store sold for $1 and being sold at goodwill double price. There are good finds but for the most part overpriced dirty and broken at least clean have decency to clean your overpriced product. What are you paying staff for. The employess that work there are helpful nice and amazing its the company itself. Someone needs to put tjem in there place and remind them they are not retail

Terrible merchandise laying all over the floor people rude crowded book section couldn't read all titles that were in there because they were two and three books deep no paper towels in the bathroom need I go on? No stars

Put out dirty clothes over price everything sell stuff with missing pieces the manger Linda is rude she needs to be fired I've seen her drinking in the parking lot she take money makes up fake charities for her own pockets.

Been shopping @ this location 4 yrs more likes than dislikes great customer service always to all customers main reason I'm a regular

Decent thrift shop to find used clothing/shoes/household goods, etc, and some new items. Very friendly, lively staff. Weekly colored "tag" sales are great - especially the Thursday $1.00 designated color tag sale.

Don't trust the people on the phone, they say they take certain donations and once you get there they say no to the donation.

Ever since that lovely manager moved to the new store, this place has become GHETTO, with a capital wannabe "G". The guy with the pig tails comes in with alcohol in his breathe sometimes and is always starring at women's behinds as they walk away. I have heard him say disgusting things after women walk past him, Very nasty behavior. I wish the old manager came back =

Regarding clothing, I found this store to be overpriced based on the quality of merchandise offered. Go to Fallas down the road for better deals on clothes for the family (new only). I didn't pay attention to the other wares offered here and can't comment on their variety or value. It should be noted that this is a second hand store if you are not familiar with Goodwill stores. You may donate here.

Wonderful Staff. Very friendly and helpful.
Not as "organized" as some other locations. But that's the only complaint.

Cheap prices. Lots to choose from. Clothing, appliances, electronics, books and knick knacks as well as specialty items.

Love the store. Great deal on half off day. They pull out everything. Someone's junk is another person's treasure! It's a great place and they don't hound you. Went 7/10/17 and it was quiet, shipped freely and they have a deal cart when I walk in- for those needing Tupperware or plastic 54pcs for $10, flatware set I thank it was $6 and some type of Glass mugs

Large thrift store in bad part of town but inside is clean and employees friendly. Lots of interesting stuff

This place is kinda.meh. I don't know if it's just the address, but the store feels grungy and they never have anything that great. I'd rather go to the one on Hesperia road.

I didn't like that started itching on my skim after touching the used clothes. Bed bugs is what im only saying.

They had a sale on certain color tagged clothing, didn't find anything with the color tag that was the sale tag.

Better prices than upland.still overpriced for some things but overall better. Large clothing selection. Not so good for furniture or household though.

I never leave reviews - employees are EXCEPTIONALLY nice and pleasant here.fellow patrons were nice. GREAT weekly sales.

Tried to charge me for shoes with a big hole in them for $20
Goodwill use to be a great store to shop in that was not expensive but now its just as bad as expensive stores but with used or badly used items in it. Smh
