Store was neat and clean. Prices are really high I saw a pair of men's shorts that I could buy cheaper from a retail store. I'm done shopping at Goodwill. For many years I've enjoyed shopping at Goodwill looking for treasures at a reasonable price. It was super fun. Not anymore.

I was looking for some men's t shirts and some things weren't very organized and the prices on some of the stuff were a little bit more expensive than I would've expected

This store is the best. The assist manager Cashmere saw me struggling to find the mens section. Once she pointed it out i found exactly what i was looking for and more. A limited edition Celine Dion final tour t shirt. Im so happy i chose to stop in real quick on my way home. So happy.

For being a thrift store the workers are uppity. There wasn't anything fabulous about the inventory. Store was clean but Overpriced items to pay the minimum wage cashiers with attitude. Once was enough.

About as unpleasant an experience as possible. Aisles that are so small packed with people. Just like the old days. Employees sweeping while your shopping, and too many people gathered inside. No growth in the post Covid world here.

Wow lots of people have been cleaning out their closets during quarantjne because this place is packed! Found some good stuff, you have to take your time and go through everything but it's worth it.

This is one of my favorite goodwill stores in all of souther ca. The selection is awesome here. The first day we came we found two good vintage items in housewares. It seems every time we come here we take something with us. The store is really big with a good size area for housewares. The store is pretty chill never too packed, and staff of course is always on point.

Pretty well organized. Store was kept clean and employees repeatedly were instructed over the loud speakers to stop and check store for safety.to clear any items or cords that could be A risk for customers out of the aisles. They had A lot of interesting finds. They offered a wide selection of items from tons of categories. Unfortunately as to thrift store pricing goes. - goodwill has become the most expensive of all in the industry. It's a shame. I tend to shop other thrifts stores instead and always pay at least 50% less rather than purchase from goodwill.

I always find great clothes and toys! Brand new stuff from Target! Some items are pricey but can be worth it if it’s great quality. This USC Nike Jacket was $11.99!

You never know when you can find killer deals here. People in this city have money, so it might not be a bad idea to check out what they have.

Good stuff however their c.c machine is slow and cancels your transaction, I didn't have another form to pay and the manager on duty coco refuse to hold my stuff for at least an hr. So I had to leave all of my stuff behind. I guess they like losing sales.

I used to like this place A LOT but that feeling is looooong gone. They like to treat you like a criminal. If you are in the store when they are getting ready to close. BEWARE OF THE EVIL STARES! -it's freakin goodwill, NOT BLOOMINGDALES! P.s. If you are in an aisle too long, THEY WILL ANNOUNCE ON THE LOUD SPEAKER TO HAVE SECURITY CHECK THE CAMERABOF THE AISLE YOU ARE ON. Go to the store often enough, you will witness this for yourself, guaranteed!

Most of the time the staff is friendly. The store is pretty clean. Organization is simple. Men's shoes and clothing is a little lacking. But I suppose that isn't really their fault.

I love shopping at Goodwill. I have been to most of your stores in South Orange County. I know I'll always find a deal here. Knowing that it provides so many services to one of our most fragile communities which my daughter is part is another incentive to visit more often. Thank you Goodwill!

I don't know exactly what happened. I literally used to be here every other day before the remodel. It just doesn't feel like I'm having fun anymore. For a thrift store, they are SO overpriced. A dress for $9.99. Thanks, you've turned me back to yard sale shopping, where $3 can still get me a thrill while finding a deal. This store doesn't have the deals or the fun anymore.
