Goodwill Store & Donation Center reviews
20Just checked to see if they were open. They are and they're taking donations. It seems a bit disorganized but it's prob chaotic reopening right now.
Rudest clerk in the city, order customers around ignores them and them gives snotty replies. Worst service.too many other places to go than here.
Every time I go to this location, the prices are higher and higher. You can buy brand new for what they charge for other people’s trash. Never going here again.
Really nice staff, some good finds, fun to look through. They had a nice section of vinyl records. Probably 50 or so there you could look through, most weren't in the greatest of shape though. Found quite a few name brand pieces that were barely worn, so $6 was a great price for them. But basically everything is $6 so if you just want a basic t-shirt it feels odd paying $6 for that when thats the same price I paid for some basically new Nike shorts and a Patagonia t-shirt, if that makes sense. If you don't mind looking through the racks you can find some winners.
Good selection and helpful friendly staff. Unfortunately the Goodwill industry's has changed from being a bargain finders paradise to a wannabe Ebay store with matching top dollar Ebay prices. Not sure when that will ever change but looking forward to it.
When you call there number here it says they accept donations in store after 6. They turned the donations down. Had attitude towards me when I told them the message said I can donate in front. Cashier was lazy leaning on the counter and not helpful.
The employees are extremely rude! Most employees are elderly and have horrible attitudes! They ignore and act like they are better than you. They treat customers like trash. Mabie it’s time to hire younger people with the energy and have the desire to help others in need. I won’t be coming back or donating items here ever again.
I love going to the Goodwill! Not just because they have good deals but because of their intermission! I also enjoy seeing all the fun knick knacks that they have. I really have found some good stuff. I found a pair of Sketcher outdoor sandals. I've used them to go boating hiking and they are so comfortable! I find clothes for my son there all the time and I find stuff for myself all the time really a great store
Thrift stores are always fun or interesting places to find alternative junk and useful items for a bargain. It should be known however that this is not a charity. Just a business named cleverly named as a guise.
They should rename Goodwill to Greedwill! They price counterfeit Louie Vuttion at this spot for $99!
Insane Prices! Who does the pricing here!? I understand things wont be $0.25 or $1.00 but you guys get all this stuff DONATED! DONATED! Once again DONATED! No need to sell them for insane money! ️
Friendly staff with lots of clothes mostly. Small store for a Goodwill. Well manned back dock accepting donations quickly.
Not just a bunch of junk like some goodwill stores. Quality stuff at fair prices. I've made purchases on most visits
Not bad for a little store, a wee bit smaller than most. Pretty good selection of most things except for books. I'm a book hound and I always wish that they had more at this location. Still, worth a look every now and then, we make a point of stopping in whenever we're in the area.
I don't have time to yard sale or sell on Craigslist so I tend to donate a lot of stuff.wife's old Coach purses, hifi gear, furniture. Two times in a row I have gone to this Goodwill and been turned away saying the could only take clothes and books. The last time the guy in front of my was trying to donate kids bicycles and he was turned away.
If time is important to you check this place off your list. I find it frustrating loading up a car full of stuff, driving over and be told to go elsewhere.
This is a nice clean thrift store and they have a little bit of everything. The price is right.
I love the goodwill) although one of the ladies is grouchy, their all still very helpful and nice.
Prices are crazy high for a second hand store. Can't even get a pair of sneakers for under $9.used shoes.
Great store, wonderful staff, smaller location so larger furniture items are very limited. As an employee I recommend bringing your larger furniture donation items to the Vista goodwill location!
Great products, no bleach spots. Even have blazer/sport/suit jackets. Lots of other items people buy. Military student discounts as well.
