This place is amazing! They are so helpful and accommodating. I've needed emergency work done a few times now and they have worked MAGIC to make it happen in timely fashions. I am always at peace when I leave my car with them knowing they do the work fast and correctly. Sophia and the older Gentleman (I can't remember his name) are absolutely wonderful and provided OUTSTANDING service. Plus, they always give a fair price and work with you financially giving discounts wherever they can. I love this place and will stay a loyal customer.

Honest and hard working staff. This is the only place I've been going to for years. They are so admirable that I continue to go to this location even though I don't live in the same town anymore. The quality of work and customer service is worth the drive. Ask for Pam! She'll take good care of you and she'll always try to get you the best deal possible. I've never felt misled or taken advantage of under her care. Use this location, and I can guarantee that you won't be disappointed!

I have bought tires at this shop since my high school years. 30+ years, many different cars and trucks, lots and lots of sets of tires.had a flat by nail, said my road hazard expired a month ago, female service advisor was unwilling to work with me on getting tire repaired. Just tried to push a new set of tires on me. Wont be back.

Got my oil changed, and tired rotated. Simple needed maintenance at an affordable price. And they are very honest

After hearing a whine from my steering I stopped in to have them check my power steering pump. While the tech that does power steering was booked for the day they checked and filled my almost empty steering fluid and my tire pressure. I was in, out, and on my way home in 15 minutes and will be making an appointment for Monday to have the steering checked out. They always have a great staff and are always so helpful.

Absolutely ridiculous! 2 full hours for an oil change, and that was WITH an appointment! Plus I got no reminder on window and light was not reset! Pitiful! Not coming here again!

Dale saved the day! On a Saturday we had a blowout We needed an odd sized tire he found one in a warehouse and within an hour we were on the road again 5 Stars 5 Stars 5 Stars excellent Service!

I buy 4 new tire in Saturday. And Sunday morning tire already soft. Monday I come to them for fix it. I have to waiting 4.30 hour for fix 1 tire. I spent money 580$ for bad service.
No more next time. Bye

I had a screw in my tire (that I didnt buy from this place). They fixed it right away for free. Pretty awesome.

I have been going to this Goodyear location for years. Their work and customer service always exceed my expectations!

Customer service by Dale was exceptional! He explained everything and got my car in and out in a reasonable amount of time. There was a lady there as well who was just as fantastic! Sorry forgot her name

Terrible customer service! Walked in and was told the oild change would take an hour. With that time frame I decided to wait. I informed the lady behind the counter that I had a $10 off coupon and showed her, which she told me she would take off my bill at the end. I waited 2 and a half hours and finally asked when would my car be done, only to be informed it was done and waiting. When I got to the counter to pay I did not recieve an apology and since I had been waiting so long my phone died, although I understand that is not their fault. The girl who took my payment was not the same as the girl who checked me in and when I informed her about the coupon and I showed the other gal she told me it didnt matter and could only give me $5 off. With no phone to show ger the proof and irritated from waiting an unnecessarily amount of time, I was ready to go. DO NOT GO HERE, ITS A JOKE.

I always take my car here if never had a problem until today I ordered windshield wipers for my car along with an oil change they gave me two different windshield wipers and thought I wouldn't notice and when I call back they said sorry but they couldn't find a matching set but I guess it's not important to tell me won't be going back here again. Really disappointed with the service.

They check my tires all the time. I am handicapped and can't put air in by myself anymore. They are always so helpful.

Service is extremely slow. This is the 3rd time I've made an appointment and it took them 2 hours to change my oil. When i show up they were all standing around not doing anything while my car was in bay. Then the guy told me i cannot reset your maintenance light. I tried. Well find someone who can do it then. Im done with goodyear.

Riley and Dale! Riley and Dale! Riley and Dale! I had a valve stem leaking. Called the store, an hour prior to closing time Dale said get it here fast! Riley greeted us, took the tire in, and we were in N out. I realize results are not typical. At Goodyear a significant wait time is normal and understood. But in this particular instance they didn't brush me off because they wanted to go home soon. They helped! And they acted quick! I'd like for a manager to give them this positive feedback and let them know their service is appreciated.

Very friendly staff. The mechanic even explained what he was doing to my 6 yr old as we watched. Great price and got our uncommon tires faster than any other shop could, including the dealership.

Made an 8 am appt to get an oil change because I have a long term rental through Enterprise and they have a contract with GoodYear. I'm sure they can do an oil change as well as the next guy, but what a ridiculous amount of time! It is now 9: 30 and the service is not done - I wouldn't recommend waiting in their lobby for your oil change. Take Uber home or get someone to pick you up until done.

Once the oil change was done (about an hour & 40 min), I drove off and the mechanic had not reset the computer that alerts the oil change and tire pressure check are due. So now I get to go back and wait who knows how long to have this taken care of. Reducing from 3 to 2 stars. Shouldn't this be a basic step with the these newer cars?

As always very helpful and polite. They are busy at times, but you have to be patient! I have being coming here for a long time and yes buy the lifetime alignment its worth it.

I went in and asked how much it was to patch my tire. He said it was free but i have to come back the next morning because they didn't have time. So next morning, looked at tire then told me that the nail was in too deep and can't be repair. Give me the estimate for the tire and job. Someone else looked at my tire and said they were fine. I got a patch somewhere else. Do not trust them.
