The Rocklin Goodyear staff did a great job. Pam and her crew turned an unfortunate tire warranty issue into a blessing. They turned the frown upside down!

The staff at Goodyear Tires were incredibly helpful. It’s my first time buying a car, and they were very honest and straightforward with me, and helped me navigate what is a very stressful process! They were incredibly fast and efficient. I recommend EVERYONE who works at this shop. I live 45 minutes from this Goodyear but I plan on driving here whenever I need to get my car fixed! HIGHLY recommend coming here. Had the best experience with a mechanic shop here!

I made an appointment the day before to get alignment and tires checked. I dropped my car off and went to do some errands. When I came back 45 minutes later they hadn’t started on it. The fellow at the desk was rude and insulting. Will not go back.

The man greeting us yesterday asked my mother where she came from and my name that got too personal and it felt like he tried to convince us to buy new tires instead of rotating them like we needed I hope we won't have to deal with this again

Edit: it's been a couple of months and it appears that their service depends on if they're busy or not. I came in again today and was treated very poorly. It started with someone making a off color joke, and then everyone at the counter being very short with me about their wait time. I understand having a long wait sometimes, but I was spoken to like I was intentionally being an inconvenience for asking for a walk-in. Very disappointing considering the good experience I had last time.
Original review: Very good service! This place has a nice waiting room and is able to give you an accurate judgment for how long your car will be before its done. Nice people work there.

My daughter brought her 1st car here for her 1st automotive care. These guys made it such a positive experience. THANK YOU!

My nephew was about to take his drivers test when we realized we had a brake light out. We had a few minutes, went and got a light and had no tools and the parts place was short staffed and couldn’t help. I saw Goodyear across the way and stopped there. They guys were super nice, came out and fixed for us in minutes! So so thankful! 5 stars for customer service ️

Stephanie helped me during my 4 hr stay at the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co.on Pacific Street in Rocklin this Friday, 10/14/2022. She is extremely knowledgeable, beyond belief, and puts her customers first. This is the kind of employee that appears once in a lifetime and should be rewarded for her dedication and willingness to please and get the job done. It was such a pleasure working with Stephanie. I will truly miss her as she returns to her store in Shingle Springs. I am hoping that.
