Had a great experience here. Alexis help me and was professional and kind. As a female I always worry about taking my vehicle in because I have gotten scammed before, but Alexis made me feel good about the price and that she wasn't try to over charge me. Will definitely be back to this location.

Those ladies who works here I don’t think their parents have ever thought how to be nice. Their just so rude. Stay away from this place.

I did have an interview here, they told me to call back monday. Called back monday, they said call back tuesday, the HM might be done with the other applicants by then, and she suggests he is around at 7: 30am.
Call back tuesday, he's in another castle somewhere.
Come wednesday, i do a quick check, and maybe they have amnesia when it comes to suggesting i call back whenever they cannot reach me, because there is a sudden switch to hostility for just about no reason.

The people that show up are great, just try to avoid the elusive angry guy, he seems stressed.

Awful customer service by Kathryn. She didn't like she had to get off her phone to do her job. As she's reviewing their computer database, she puts her elbow on the counter and her head in her hand because idk she was tired or bored with her job. Well whichever it was she had terrible customer service and she gave me incorrect information about my warranty. I will never buy tires here again or take my vehicle here for anything

The Goodyear Store located at 1121 I St in Sacramento, CA repeatedly tried to sell me tires that absolutely were not needed and told me incorrectly that a flat tire was not repairable. Another tire store easily fixed the flat.
On October 21,2022, I went to the store to have a flat on a rental SUV repaired. One of the counter guys came out to the SUV, stuck a dime into the tread, and declared that the tires were worn out and should be replaced. They were not. They were good Michelin tires with 18K miles on them with very little wear!
I was told that to fix the flat it would be 2 hours “if it could be” repaired.
After about 1-1/2 hours, the same person told me the flat was unable to be fixed. He first said it had a very large nail (4-6” by how far his hands were apart) through it, and that another tire needed to be replaced too. He then left but came back with a bent 2” screw and said it ruined the inside of the tire.
I told him to put the spare on the SUV and put the punctured tire into the back. I asked about the other tire that needed to be replaced and was told it wasn’t needed after all. What?
Because the dealer was so shady, the same day I took the flat tire to a local Big O tire store that easily repaired the tire. The person who did the work on the tire said it was very easy and told me how he repaired it.
There was no unrepairable hole. The tires on the rental SUV were low mileage, in very good condition and did not need to be replaced. The shop didn’t charge me anything, but I strongly suggest if you need a repair and don’t regularly frequent this business, that you go somewhere else. I was transparently lied to multiple times and the business tried to have me pay for unnecessary replacement tires. Boo on them.
