No online appointment was available, but Eric the manager took me as a walkin on Christmas Eve and got the tires replaced before the end. I truly appreciate the friendliness and service.

This place is fantastic, not only place but also service. I came here for wheel alignment, they finished it almost in no time. I just worked there with coffee they provided sound and quiet. And the nearby shopping or malls are walking distance. Will come again definitely.

Scheduled an appointment for 7: 00am through their website. Says they open at 7: 00. Nobody was there at 7: 20 when I left and went to Firestone instead.

As a business, respect your appointments and your customers’ time.

The worst experience I've ever had. Last time, I came this shop, I asked to tire rotation and air pressure check. However, they didn't fill the air. I suspected if they actually rotated tires. This time, I wrote the numbers down to the tires because checking their rotation. After they finished their work, I checked my car, and tires were same position. I asked to front staff why they didn't. They said "everything is same Thread Depth" that was completely different though. However, one front staff asked to operator. He said he rotated tires because he didn't know that I wrote the number to tires. Finally, he rotated tires, but he never said "SORRY" to me. If it's possible, I give no star.

2-3 hours to fix small nail damage. İ dont recommend this place. Down the street there is small gas station. They fixed it in 5 minutes.

I had a bad experience here. Do not go by their free publicity offering of tyre checkup etc, it's a hoax. I gave my car for a checkup on my tire condition and also to get a flat tyre fixed. They had my car for a while day and returned me as it was. The guy was really impatient and didn't give me a proper quote for the tyres.

Got there for possible Tyre puncture, bought new car as replacement. But had scratches on my tyre cap. Not functional damage but still didn't like carelessness.

I went for alignment job today. They said I must have my regular tire on not the spare. So I said ok. I will come back. Suddenly Jim the manager doesn’t want to serve me and said I was a difficult person to deal with. What the heck did I do or even say to you. I was hoping you were a professional and act as a manager not as a low key tech.

Horrible customer service. Made appointment online, showed up and was told that they can’t honor online appointments — booked through their own system! What a joke! Undeserving of even 1 star and should not be allowed to run a business. Shame on you!

Today I drove to Goodyear to change oil, and after I found a big scratch on the left back door! And that man was so rude, unprofessional, he was laughing!

This is my first time to visit Goodyear tire shop but I usually go to American Tire Shop since I own a car but yesterday when I went to visit Goodyear tire shop that blow my mind I met with very friendly Gentleman by name Mr. Juan he's really helpful and very knowledgeable and he also help me with some very good discount that I can even expect people when you go to Goodyear tire shop in Cupertino please visit mr Jua he's really helpful and knowledgeable.

Very bad customer care and rude interaction; I bought my tires here 4 months ago and when I had a flat tire, I went there two days in a row to get it fixed but they refused to fix it and told me come back next day; I ended up paying from my pocket to fix it while I had flat tire coverage with Goodyear.

I have been bringing my vehicles here for years (tires and general service). These guys are always fair and reasonable. About a year ago, I put new tires on my Suburban (I tow a big travel trailer), and I was very unhappy with the performance (I chose a cheaper tire - my bad). Goodyear generously allowed me to upgrade the tires - I only paid the difference in purchase price. I was not charged anything to remount/balance the new tires.

Generally good service. I have bought several brands of tires for many cars over the last 10 years. They also did oil service several times on my son's Ford. Tires prices were in-line with the market. Never had an issue

Had to take the same flat tire in twice within 2 days to be fixed. The same flat. Twice. Inside of 2 days. (Because-one can only assume-they didn't do it right the first time?) That's never happened to me before, in over 30 years' of driving-experience.

Call me picky, but when I bring my car in to have any kind of work done on it, I like it to be done right the first time. I shouldn't have to make a return-visit for the same problem, whatever it is.

I like this place I like Goodyear tires and they always rotate and balance and service the tires very quickly as part of my service plan I got when I purchased my tires.

Be careful of this place, they will try to rip you off whenever they can. I came in for a flats repair, tire rotation, and some services. There was clearly a sign that says free tire rotation and repairs, but when I looked at my bill, they charged $50 for those "free" services. I contacted their headquarters and got a refund.

Up-sell pressure was minimal and overall the transaction went smoothly. When you go to a place like this don't be swayed into letting them do work you'd normally have your mechanic do. Overall I was pleased with the experience here and thought George at the front was nice.

Seems good place. Went today to do oil change and fix a flat tire. They were professional and did a good job.

Put in my tyre nuts so tight that I cant take them off. Im a 6,2 man who goes to the gym everyday. My confidence has never been the same.
