Google provides ZERO support for the products they make and offer no usable customer service. $1000 for a computer that fails to work properly complemented by no customer service. One of the richest companies fails to produce any quality product. Thanks Google. Ill give APPLE a try.

I am writing to complain about an incident of discrimination that I experienced at the Google cafeteria (Big Table, Googleplex 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043) on September 15,2023.

When I arrived at the cafeteria, I noticed that a white man in front of me was being served by a friendly female middle-aged Caucasian cafeteria tender. The tender was holding his food box for him happily and asking him kindly what he would like to have in his box with big smiles.

When it was my turn, the tender stared at me in an angry way. When I handed her my box, she said rudely "Hold your box by yourself" in a very rude way.

This incident hurt my feelings a lot, as I have never been discriminated against like this before as an Asian throughout the USA, especially in a company who claims to welcome diversity.

Absolute terrible company with no support at all. My 6 year old account got hacked and it had a monetized channel with 18,000 subs in it, tons of private information and linked accounts. In other countries they do not even have any way to call at all, and the rest of their phone numbers are bots. Big shame to them.

Tech capital of the world, but you can't design an operating system that won't delete ALL your local data because you can't remember your old password after changing your password BECAUSE YOU CAN'T REMEMBER YOUR OLD PASSWORD. I bet the team member who came up with that idea is a high up member of Mensa with an IQ play like that! But noooooooo, I'm sure it's my fault for not using the proper litanies, annointing oils, and purity seals to ensure the machine spirit of my cheap Chromebook would continue to favor me. I hope you get infiltrated by a Chaos Cult. Preferably one for Grandpa Nurgle.

Pixel 7 review:

Pros: Good battery life, might be the last decent vanilla Android device available, now that Android One has withered.

Cons: System font size maxes out at an eye-straining 2 mm on my screen. That's not accessibility-friendly. In no sense is that "huge". The phone is killing my eyes. I used to get relief from apps with independent font sizing, but more and more are relying on system fonts. Please do better for all your older and vision challenged users. After all, what does it hurt to make the max font size open-ended? Let me choose please. Second, Battery, no matter how good, should be able to be swapped from a slot. (This should be by law in my view.) Touch screen is a bit inconsistent. Still no memory card slot. Others have said lots about the general "creepy" factor in the former 'dont be evil' company, so I'll leave all that out. Finally, Pixel 7 is Made in China. Now *that's* creepy. I understand that the last 30 years of folly had everyone move their factories and IP over there to be pillaged and held hostage by the CCP, but that's over now: It's time to move manufacturing to a nation not involved in an "Unlimited Partnership" of aggression against the democracies.

Never had a problem with Google but recently I wanted to post 1 star reviews of some places (yes, I really had a bad luck recently) and this caused the avalanche of issues. The rejections are just referencing to the policy of biblical size. No hints what is wrong, no ability to appeal or reach a human who will verify the AI generated rating of the review, blocking features not only in maps also taking away some YouTube privileges, more and more when I hopelessly try to change the reviews guessing what AI may have "thought". What's next? I wonder when I'm blocked. Google excercises its near government level powers on me and I can't accept that. There were 3 such reviews that I posted. Only one gave me the ability to appeal and it was accepted by human without any delay. Other 2 reviews, giving full backup and precious feedback, are just rejected and I cannot do anything about this - one is 1 star and the other is 5 star (!) Really? Just no process, no appeal button, no way to solve this and that's it - poor, unfriendly, harrasing design. My reviews are not offensive in any way, and they're my genuine experience. At the same time I've seen other offensive reviews of the same places, which were obviously accepted. I will remove this review or change it to 5 star, when any human staff contacts me, verifies my reviews and either accepts them (and restores taken privileges) or shows me where they're against the policy. The AI is not 100% solution to this; not having human staff at the end of the verification chain is just absurd. I know this comment is futile. I have tried everything and am desperate. Google says the comments feature in maps is about helping local communities. If only 5 star, 2 word reviews without any feedback are ok according to Google, then this has nothing to do with this mission.

Google is not just Google. Because Google is the world. With starting capital of $1,100,000, Google is now one of the most valuable brands in the world.

On May 11, Google acquired Dodgeball, a mobile social network.

On December 21, Google announced the acquisition of 5% of shares in AOL Time Warner.

In 2005, Google Inc.was listed on the Forbes list for the first time and immediately rose to number 38.

On June 29, Google launched the payment system Google Checkout.

On August 30, Google launched its service Google Books for downloading out-of-copyright books.

As of April 23, Google was estimated to be the most valuable brand in the world, ahead of General Electric,  Microsoft and Coca-Cola.

My dream of visiting the Google office started roughly 10 years ago when I first watched the movie Internship. I was mesmerized by the movie. Although I didn't end up working for Google, I always longed to visit their headquarters in Mountain View and I must say, I'm utterly devastated by what I saw. Absolute Rubbish and worthless. Please don't go here & waste your time.

Unfortunately, there is not much to see as a visitor. There are no parking spaces or there isn’t a visitor center.
