The front office was very nice to me. Marissa was the sweetest, she went over all of my questions and my pricing for all of my needed treatment.
Megan and tiffany were fast when checking me in and helping me through the questionnaires!
cejay did my xrays swifty and painless and dr shah was very thorough with the exam.will be back in 6 months!

I had a great experience, as soon as I walked in the office the front desk staff welcomed me with a good morning and were ready to help me with my appointment, the Dentist and the back staff were very professional and at the same time very friendly and they made me feel very comfortable, I really recommend this Dental office to everyone, you won't regret it, they are excellent!

One and done, we will not be coming back. Our original dentist was completely booked and they referred us to Gosford Village Dental Group for a wisdom tooth extraction. Upon our arrival the price we were quoted from our original dentist after insurance was increased by over $105. It turns out they wanted to do a bone graph for a wisdom tooth in case we wanted to add a crown or whatever in the future. Who would replaced a wisdom tooth. Up selling at its best (SMH). Additionally, our appointment time was scheduled for 145pm but we did not get in to see the dentist until after 3pm, completely unacceptable. Once in the back the oral surgeon had zero and I mean zero people skills. He was cold dismissive and refused to listen. Once he started, he started. He applied the numbing gel, gave the novicane shot and started drilling and pulling all within a single minute. He did not allow any time for the medication to take affect. Is technique was rough, very rough. Within minutes after he started he was told to stop because the pain was intense and the medication had not taken affect. His response was "Your not feeling pain, your only feeling pressure. " He was told no it's not pressure it's "PAIN". He then appeared irritated gave two more shots of novicane and once again immediately started back drilling after the shot. He made you feel like a heard of cattle rather than a patient. On a positive note, my wisdom tooth did get extracted and he provided a prescription for the pain and antibiotics (thats why 2 stars and not one). Overall, A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and definitely not coming back. EVER!

GVDG and Orthodontist deserves every star I rated. I had switched from Dentists of Bakersfield and couldn’t be more proud. The staff from the front is so polite and professional. Joshua goes above and beyond to explain every detail to questions that are asked. He continues to show professionalism on every visit. The back office, today the least, is amazing. Very friendly and will answer any question you have. I highly recommend this group for all your dental needs.

I came here to take care of deep cleaning with Dr. Alqaini and she was excellent! The process was simple and I felt comforted throughout the whole appointment. She was very nice! Dr. Patel and CJ were excellent as well! I saw them for scaling and root planing and they made the process very comfortable for me. They set a very comfortable environment for me and had me laughing! Awesome crew from the minute you walk in! Glad to call Gosford Village my home for all my dental needs!
