Unbelievably worthless. Customer support is a bad joke. I think it's all offshore now as english clearly isn't their first language as they struggle to understand the most basic questions. The website editor is worthless as well. Making any changes yourself beyond verbage is a waste of time. Can't recommend and am leaving them.

If I could give gosite zero stars, I really would. They’re by far the worst people I’ve ever worked with. They promise you all these good things but once you pay, you never hear from them again. DON’T GO TO THESE PEOPLE.

I have had an issue with my website for over a year now that gosite can not resolve. Everything I speak with anyone the only thing they say is that someone will call me back and that never happens. I will be canceling my service with them. Horrible customer service.

I will start by saying I used to work at GoSite from 2019-2020. GoSite has been a horrible partner. My cleaning business decided to partner with them to help our online presence. We canceled with them due to underdelivering on their promises. After we canceled and switched to a new provider they kept our credit card on file and charged us $1000 with no warning. Now that we have messaged them asking for our money back their support team has ended the chat on us twice. Do not use this service.
