4Very poor communication with different representative from the front desk. I spoke to different representatives in two years, none of them had effective and polite conversation with me.
My family and I have been a patient of Governor Dental for over 7 years. We had a lot of dental work done here. We stop going to Dr Copps because we moved to the 4S Ranch area and the commute was too far. We went to multiple dental offices closer to home for the last 2 years but never found anyone that was as great and caring as Dr. Copps and her team. They are honest, gentle and very committed to taking care of their patients. So now, after 2 years of being unsuccessful of finding the same kind of dental care closer to our house, we drive here every 4 months for our check up and dental cleaning. Both my sons love coming to see Dr. Copps. She even did his first filling last week. He said he didn’t feel a thing. I highly recommend Governor Dental.
I had an incredible experience yesterday at Governor dental. It was great to establish care with a new dentist in a convenient location. The staff and office were impressive, my teeth have never felt better!
Dr. Copps is extremely friendly and takes her time with her patients. She’s a great dentist.
