I've purchased several bikes over the years from Paul and have been happy but not all good things last I have a new motorcycle under warranty which I bought from Paul under a year ago I brought it in for warranty work to diagnose and hopefully repair some intermittent problems sadly they stated they could not replicate the issues and proceeded to charge me for looking at it even though its under full factory warranty there feeling was we can't replicate the problem so were gonna charge you I've never heard of such stupidity what a joke I've worked in the automotive service industry most of my life and also had several new bikes this is not the norm or correct its just this dealer gouging customers instead of billing the manufacturer under warranty ill never buy another bike from Gp or any of there other dealers such as motoforza or triumph San Diego because id fear this attitude could be a company wide issue to bait and switch customers if your looking for a new motorcycle or service id avoid these dealers at all cost

I bought my Tuareg 660 here. This is a super friendly dealership that doesn't play games with mark ups or hidden fees. Run by enthusiasts in every department, even the service department is amazing and I usually work on my own bikes. This dealer is a rarity these days - support them if you can.

Chris is a true professional. I came in considering the ducati hypermotard, but explained my situation. I rode 10 years ago and needed a bike for boarder traffic and possible light off-road action. My concern was I'm a smaller guy 5ft 9. And duel sports were too tall. He put me on a scrambler icon and desert sled. While I really liked the sled the hight was still a concern for me, but the icon felt amazing! I applied for financing and got a great offer considering my credit (3 months ago i tried financingat a few other shops and i was payingthe same amount for far less motorcycle!). Told him I had to think about it and do some research as I knew nothing about the scrambler icon. 3 days later I bought the bike. After some YouTube research and message board information I knew I found the bike for me. In a world were all the bikes seem to be getting taller, faster, larger and heavier this icon was spot on. Both feet on the ground, light, good power for interstate rides and light off-road ability.

Thank you for the recommendation and not hounding me after I said I needed to research a bit. You've got a loyal customer here. Keep up the great work

The service department is awful to deal with. Rude, slow, and will break your bike, while charging you. Paul is very fake, don't fall for any false promises. Parts counter does not know how to do their job and does not call you back or do anything they promised. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of GP Motorcycles, seriously.

This is the place to go if you love motorcycles, especially Ducati's. They know everything about them and clearly love what they do. Shout out to Mani who who hooked me up and installed a Sena 50S in my new RF-1400, and Joe who even after I couldn't figure our my helmet size worked with me to make it fit perfect. They are a seriously a great team who have an outstanding knowledge of motorcycles and gear and will keep you riding safe.

Just bought a brand new KTM 890 Duke GP. Best buying experience I've ever had at a motorcycle dealership. Everybody I worked with was amazing. Staff is honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, respectful, and humble. Met the owner, and I can say the staff are a true reflection of ownership. Great guys and great prices. One-stop shop. I would highly recommend to my friends and family. Thank you very much GP Motorcycles.

AVOID A$$HOLES! I decided to give GP Motorcycles another try after a bad experience with an especially rude and arrogant staff member. I took a back tire in for a new tube and was advised they charge $70 for a simple installation, proceeded to drive to Cycle Gear for a pleasant conversation and $15 installation fee.

Took my 1299s for service almost 8 weeks ago, they had to order parts. I had to call them three weeks ago to ask for the status left me waiting on the phone for more than 40 minutes had to call again and I was told the parts had arrived so he was going to schedule for the parts to be installed. Went today and the service person told me they were waiting for other parts they'd missed, waste of time.they think because they have a lot of work that’s an excuse for their attitude and bad service.

If you like Aprilia, Ducati, Husqvarna and KTM, this is the place to go in San Diego. Friendly customer service and good selection. Plus they carry Husqvarna e-mtn bikes!

Got yelled at by the owner Paul when trying to purchase a $28k rsv4 factory.
We had an agreed upon deal and low and behold when it comes time to sign the numbers are all different.
My trade in was valued less than the agreed upon amount and the agreed upon price was changed by $1500. I was being charged full price for last year's model! When I brought this to his attention he instantly screamed at me.
Aprilia needs to pull this guys contract and give it to someone who represents the brand better.
Never been treated this bad before.

I wish I had discovered this dealer years ago! I sent them an inquiry over this past weekend and heard back from Paul on Mother’s Day. I was so impressed that I took a ride down to SD from OC to check out their Aprilia Tuareg 660s. Boy, was the ride worth it! I have purchased a dozen plus bikes over the years and these guys provided THE best experience ever. Super straightforward, transparent, and easy. Paul and his team get it. The entire staff is enthusiastic and very buttoned up. I know this is the first but not the last bike I will purchase from them. I can’t recommend them enough!

Bad experience today. These guys stole my money and seem to be incompetent when it comes to their account keeping. I had my bike in here for a service about a year ago and I told them specifically not to change the oil because I had done it myself. When I got the invoice, however, it had oil, filter and stuff like that listed and the price was about $80. So I called and had them check on this and the service guy that I talked to said that an oil change hadn’t taken place and that he would be crediting my account for the money they owed me. This was fine with me because I go there a few times a year for parts etc. So a few months later I bought some fuel treatment there and used some of the credit on my account and it wasn’t a problem. The next time I went in, however, I tried to use the remainder of my credit and they said there was no credit and no record of any such credit. They even said that the fuel treatment I bought was showing as not paid for. And they basically said we don’t owe you anything. I’m really mad and for sure I will not be returning to GP. You can’t go around scamming people out of their money and expect repeat customers.

AMAZING!
I'm military stationed in Germany and decided to buy a motorcycle and ship it over here, Paul and his team were extremely helpful and patient with helping me figure out how'd we'll make this work.
Couple months later I'm sitting on a bike bought across the world trough phone calls and emails
Thank you!

Bought a used multistrada 1100s in 2014, staff has been helpful and supportive all along the way, sales parts and service. Thats good. Bought the bike with 14k miles and have put 45k miles on it. It has had no shortage of issues. Now that I'm trying trade in the dealer is saying it's true milage is unknown. That's bs and shame on gp.
