6I went to pick up some supplies that we ordered and I used the curbside service. It was easy to use and the gentleman that helped me was very friendly and courteous.
Horrible experience.we ordered a jobox online to he picked up at the Fresno location. We got there and the clerk looked at the box and told us the box was scratched. Looks like damage from a fork lift. The clerk issued a credit and ordered a new box which she then charged us again for and she had it shipped directly to us. Fast forward 5 days. Still no credit from the first box and the second box is no where to be found. Now they have over a grand of our money and no box at all. So my husband called corporate they told us the box can't be delivered to us. So she was going to issue another credit.
Fast forward 4 more days. We finally got the credit and was informed that the box is at grainger in fresno. Now we have to go to town to pick it up. They put it in our car, us assuming they looked at it. Nope we get it out of the box and its damaged even more than the first box. Soo we will be taking it back again. We WILL NOT order from them again and we DO NOT recommend them at all!
Very helpful and professional staff, my orders are always ready when they say they will be. Despite the Covid-19 pandemic that we are all facing, they found a way to service customers in a very efficient way.
Grainger's has always had everything that I've needed it's a great place to find all your needs
They are doing business under Covid 19. They have restrictions as to the number in the store, counter safeguards. Just wear a mask and you get the excellent services your used to. If you can phone ahead and use will-call you don't even need to get out of the car.
They carry everything, AND at GREAT PRICES! You don't have to have an account or even be an industry to shop there. No real showroom to browse, everything for the most part is in their backroom warehouse, so use their website and wonder it's digital shelves. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE and use it to avoid trips to the orange place. Grainger's staff has always been very helpful and friendly to me too.
