My name is Christy Fifield. I have been here since last Friday following a hip replacement. I didn't know what to expect but the moment I entered this place was beautiful. Everything was so clean a d fresh. Big shout outs to my nurses Sai and Shameena. They both went above and beyond for me. The pt staff was wonderful too. Amanda, Richard, Abraham and all of the rest were so helpful and encouraging to me. I give this place 10 out of 5 stars

Place is always spotless. Most of the staff was rude and acted like they didn't care about putting their patients needs first. The only person we met that that actually cared about the well being of the patients was Nina who was in charge of the CNAs if im not mistaken. Her kindness and caring was almost enough to redeem the entirety of the staff that we dealt with from the obvious apathy, general negative attitude and unprofessionalism that appears to run quite deep within the staff of ascot hall.

Pleasantly surprised with this facility. My mother had a fall and was transferred to Gramercy for rehab. I didn't know exactly what to expect but once there we really liked it. My mother is hard to please & I almost think she didn't want to come home today Lol. Helpful staff, clean facility and according to my mom decent food. The only thing that was strange to me was that no one assisted her/us to the car to ensure she was ok upon her departure. Other than that I would certainly recommend this facility.
THANK YOU GC STAFF!

I was lucky enough to be assigned there by Kaiser Hospital for rehabilitation from my hip replacement surgery. I wasn't sure what to expect to tell the truth, I was a little apprehensive, my concerns were many.
I'm pleased to report this nursing facility went above and beyond my expectations. The introduction staff was there to help me acclimate to the facility and introduce me to what was available for me during my stay. All were very sweet and informative.
The cleanliness was top notch and kept that way my whole stay. The person (I believe her name was Cheryl) taking care of my room and general area was very hard working and pleasant, professional and very fastidious about keeping our area clean, pleasant smelling, and safe from bacteria. She took her job very seriously.
The nursing staff, nursing assistants were all top notch. Shoutout to Shameena, Sai, Elizabeth, and Patric. They all went above and beyond to give me first class attention, comfort, tended to my needs, and care. They really were concerned about my well being and were right there when I needed them. They are a very hard working group of professionals that really care about you, and were very pleasant to be around.
A special heart felt thanks goes to Evelyn for taking care of my wound and making me smile from the beginning and end of my stay.
The physical therapy, and occupational therapist group really helped to bring me back to strength, balance, and confidence. They all helped me back to mobility, can't say enough good things about their program, patience, and professionalism. Thank you Alaina, Natasha, Amanda and all the guys that were there to help also.
Also was pleased with the meals, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Of course not all the meals were too my preferred taste so the nurses aides were always able to come up with a satisfactory delicious alternative.
There are many others I came in contact with but didn't catch their names that also helped to make my experience a pleasant stay, I wish I was also able to mention them all by name.
Thank you Gramercy Court Nursing for helping me to heal physically and mentally.

Sincerely, Taylor P.

Update to this review: since my original post the heads here have spoken to me and all of the problems described below have changed. I have been assigned a new aide named Barbara Stevenson that is fantastic. She had been temporarily assigned to a different section but is back here in rehab sector. She is wonderful and very encouraging. Never makes me feel lazy or anything. She encourages me to do what I can and if I feel unable reminds me sometimes we all feel sluggish. The aids on each shift now come in to check on me.
My suggestion is if having difficulty like I did at first talker to the head nurse or other department head and they will look into and correct what is wrong. Except the meals are still not diabetic friendly. For that reason I am only giving them 4 stars.
The aides at night only come if you call them and then they roughly tend to your needs. Well not all but what you can get out before they leave. They talk to you rudely. I have a broken hip and they push me onto that side and push you down hard. They dontvknow how to place a bed pan and you have to wear an under garment with a liner so you don't get whole bed wet. This is pulled up right into privats so you get a wedgie.
None of these aides check you every 2 hours as they should. The nurses are better in the day but aides all shift are unacceptable.
You get a menus and as long as kitchen informed no later than 1 hour before meal served you can get alternative. No have tried but no. I have asked for dietary several times but again no. I am Diabetic and they send a regular meal with real sugar and oh the desserts.
However Phsyical therapy here is the best. Very caring and patient. While I give the place a 2 star I give therapy 5 stars.

Wow! What an incredible experience I've had with Trisa Cysewski and her team at Gramercy Court Memory Care. They truly go above and beyond to ensure my mom is comfortable and well taken care of in memory care assisted living. From the prompt and thorough communication to the top-notch physicality and daily curriculum, it's clear that this team is dedicated to providing the best possible care for their residents.
It's understandable to feel worried about a loved one's care in an assisted living facility, but Trisa put those fears to rest and made the transition as smooth as possible. With her attention to detail, professionalism, and availability, it's no wonder my mom is having such a positive experience.
Please reach out to her if you're considering looking for care for a loved one. Their care is world-class.

Everyone is so friendly and they go out of their way to make you comfortable. The food is terrific! They are willing to work with you and your needs with a smile on their face. Large assortment of food and fresh fruit. Even the kitchen staff thinks ahead and makes sure you are taken care of. I've seen some of the residents be rude and even obnoxious, the staff are professional and still go out of their way to help and assist. I look forward to physical and occupational therapy everyday because the staff is so thoughtful and kind. I don't think there is one bad thing I could say about them.
