Gran Blanco, Venice CA

This is my go-to spot! The espresso martini is hands down the best in town. The staff has always been so friendly, they keep me and my friends coming back!

Gran Blanco discriminates against and denies entrance to Black people on the basis of race.

They used to have the best French toast on planet and a great brunch menu. Now they got rid of the French Toast and have thre items in brunch menu. Too bad. Food is just okay service is just okay. Loved this place won’t go back: (

Never go to a bar where the bouncer will prioritize their customers waiting on the line based on genders and tell your face “sorry, they were behind you but they are very hot girls. I make the rules in this bar. ”

Oh Nooooo! Had a Really Horrible Experience with the server Caroline tonight. She has a terrible attitude and it is obvious that she does not like her job much.
She is rude and then forgot about one of our dishes and then said we couldn’t get anything else because “the kitchen was closed. ”

I asked the security guard for the manager however he “with the pleather jacket” never lead me to the manager. I rallied my friends to Gran Blanco and spent a lot of money for a terrible experience

This is a good spot during the week or daytime don't go on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday night. Always a line, too small and crowded (unless standing on top of one another is enjoyable for you), saw one guy fall over a table.

It was okay, their drinks are fine, it’s just that I felt like I was being pressured into getting more and more which I did not really appreciate.

This place is so cute and the food is delicious! My fiance and I got the buffalo cauliflower, eggplant with whipped feta, spicy rigatoni and rib eye steak. Everything had great flavor and was cooked perfectly. I was surprised because this is a touristy area so I thought the food would just be okay, but Gran Blanco definitely exceeded my expectations:)

I wouldn’t even give one star if that is a possible option.
We had a long day traveling and wanted to have a nice place to sit and enjoy a dinner. However, we asked to our waitress Caroline H if they have any soda, she replied something very silent and unenthusiastic (while the music was loud), and in the end gave us two glasses of vodka (which we hate)! Also, one of our dish is octopus, it was totally burnt on the surface. It was unbearable to swallow! Besides, we did not get any greetings or services at all during eating (while the next table did get the questions like if their meals are fine). In the end we have a bill with 2 glasses of vodka untouched and awful food we were not expecting at all. The worst thing is the 20% gratuity was automatically added to the bill! While paying, I even have to choose if I want to tip more, I swear to God this is the first time ever for me in a restaurant of United State choosing no tip! This dining experience just made my bad day 1000 times worse and I have to leave this comment.

Perfect date night or group dinner. Food is delicious and music is always really good. Ordered a couple drinks as well and they were amazing.

Everything 10/10! Book a table inside and not outside for the best experience. Somebody on here said “influencer vibes” and I don’t get it because while A LOT of places in LA have that vibe, this place doesn’t feel like that at all I would recommend for couples, friends and business relations.

Such a great place. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Great drinks and food. Got the cucumber margarita, the Lambrusco, and bread pudding for an evening/after dinner snack.

Gran Blanco is super fun and a great night out. The drinks are tasty and the staff is super nice even when they are super busy. Highly recommend this cool bar in Venice.

What a Saturday!
We are just having a few nights here in Venice before flying to Las Vegas for the international fight week to see the UFC 290 Live, but unfortunately the front staff can’t get us thru- and we do understand, but she told us we can’t wait in front of the place and she doesn’t want us to line as there’s no line!
But we are just there in the foot path and me and my husband is talking, then she told us to comeback in another half hour and she would remember us!
But guess what there’s three people that gets in quickly overriding us!
So it means they can’t but we can’t!
And that’s very rude and arrogant!
The staff on the front is a black pretty woman who is in charge!

Well, I told my husband we should go and in few days we are heading to Vegas anyway - and it’s probably better!
I wished she can treat us better rather than taking someone group of people behind us. Not cool but never mind!

The bouncer allowed a white male with sweatpants in to the restaurant and then refused entry to me, a brown man with sweatpants and told me they had a no sweatpants policy. The bouncer along with the white hostesses engage in discriminatory policies against persons of color at this establishment and this should not be tolerated.
