Grana, Chico CA

My latest visit to Grana was quite enjoyable. Some friends and I went to enjoy a featured menu item Lopes Farms duck lasagna. And every bite was absolutely scrumptious. The service was top-notch and the ambiance always clean and classy. If you're looking for a nice place to enjoy a delicious dinner and a glass of wine this is the spot. One of downtown Chico's finest establishments.

Excellent food amazing flavors. Can be a bit slow but more than worth the time.
Pizzas are always good.but the entrees really shine.each month the menu changes to what is fresh and available.

Fantastic place for dinner. The inside can sure get a little loud and hard at times to hear people at your table. The food was incredible and the service we had was fantastic. Our server was constantly on top of things and making sure our experience and food was great.

We went to Grana for our first time last night celebrating a birthday. We made a reservation for 5 pm. We got there at 5 min till and asked to wait until 5, which is no big deal. We got in, started ordering, and our waitress was very nice. The pizza was good, the special was ok, not much but noodle a thin sauce and some bread crumbs. We ordered quite a bit of food and dessert. I haven't seen my son for a month and his birthday, we were sitting having conversations catching up and the waitress (not our waitress,) comes up and asked us to leave because they need the table. We just spent almost 300. On food. And we are told they need our table and to leave. This was the rudest thing Grana you should be ashamed! Really, you take my money and tell me to leave! I went to ask why, and they stated they have a 2 hour time frame on the tables. News to me. I will never go there again. There are plenty of other restaurants with much better food and accommodate the patron without limits. GRANA YOU ARE AWFUL

Unbelievable. Grana never ceases to amaze. Their quality control and tasty farm to table menu is just next level. So worth it. Every time. Their staff is amazing as well. You can’t go wrong with their wood fired pizza!

The food is very good. Our dishes were heavy Italian. Cook looks to please. Server Jessica is a delight of caring. Looks like a return for lighter fare.

Whenever I’m in Chico, I always eat here when it’s open.
The staff was friendly and kind.
I had a mushroom sandwich.which was good.
The focaccia bread was great.
It's easy to make focaccia bread too oily, but this bread was amazing.
The acidic Verda sauce and bitter arugula went well with the rich goat cheese, savory cremini, and oyster mushroom.

We make a point to stop at Grana when we are in Chico. Great food, super friendly staff. The only disappointment is that the 16 Mile Plate is currently off the menu. It was a great, sharable appetizer. Barring that, try the flatbread or pizzas. Delicious.

Going here you don’t have to worry about flavor. Both dishes we tried where rich in flavor! The meatballs where full of delicious garlic and the sauce had fresh basil. Every bite was a delight. The waiters where very nice and always took care of us in a timely manner despite being full. The bathrooms where very clean. My grandfather, an old restaurant manager, said, “ you can tell the quality of a restaurant by the cleanliness of its bathroom. ”

Great service, food was good and quick. Wine by the glass is pretty limited. Lots of options if you’re purchasing by the bottle.

We dine often at Grana for three main reasons. Excellent food, amazing service and a lovely atmosphere.especially on the patio! All of the servers are great, but Robert is number one!

Nice servers. It was hard for me to here conversation because of noise (and my hearing issues). Food was tasty.

Fresh and delicious food. I was with a friend and we shared the bread, cheese, grilled peach, and prochutto appetizer and a deliciously fresh salad with sliced peaches and blue cheese crumbles. Amazing burst of flavors and you can taste the freshness of the produce come through. Excellent place for fresh farm to fork flavors everytime. I live for a cool and crisp salad where the flavors aren't muted by dressings or ruined by improper handling of the produce. Grana is my place for that fresh burst that a salad or fruits and vegetables should be. Excellet!

Oh my gosh we had an excellent meal and a great time. We got three pizzas and they liked them. One summer salad she loved it. We also had the Sword fish that was the best I've had. It was juicy and excellent flavor. We got a cheese starter tasty. We got a Panna Cotta with fruit and zucchini bread with fruit and both were delicious. Oh I almost forgot we got one bowl of gazpacho that was excellent ️

Always like this place for unusual. Gazpacho was perfect and the Spellbound Chardonnay is the only one I'll drink.

Good service, good atmosphere, good healthy light lunch food. But I wanted something a little heavier. So, I'll have to go back for dinner

Literally amazing, we came here just to try it out and it’s so good! The service, the food and the staff! 10/10
