2 Rent is raised regardless of the property value being the exact same as it was when I moved in 7 years ago (I really don't care if that is the standard, it is unbelievably crooked). Management is never in the office, and the emergency maintenance line goes to voicemail every time I call. So the management is never on site, and doesn't actually manage the place, but I get to keep paying higher rent.
Management let someone park their car in my parking stall for the last month, and it has not moved. I finally called the only towing company my apartment will allow us to use, and they refuse to move the car. Management is actively stealing my stall, and not allowing me to get the car taken out, so when I need to use my parking lot, I have nowhere to park a car.
I've lived here for 6 months now and so far it's been really good, the apartment is nice and spacious and it's pretty quiet during the day and night. The manager Joanna is easy to talk to and friendly and the maintenance guy takes care of things that need to be fixed in timely manner.
