Starting with the dude running the office, he couldn't stop sniffling like he just snorted a fat rail and had the energy as well of someone on substance, not the kind of establishment I'm willing to hand over my hard earned cash to. The guy doing the alignments as well was on edge, most likely on some shittt too.

After a terrible experience in Canoga Park locations, I went to the Simi Valley location and was overjoyed with the customer assistance and service that I received They helped fix my out of balance tires and realigned my car in a relatively timely manner. He always make sure I leave satisfied and gives me a fair price. I’ve sent a lot of other friends and family over there for tires or help and Eddie has always taken great care of them. Excellent service! Fast and honest! Don’t try to upsell you. Angel was excellent. He noticed I needed a new windshield wiper and offered that I could go purchase it, come back and he would put it on free of charge. I can do it, but it just goes to show they go above and beyond to take care of their customers and their cars!
