Very good service, I was satisfied, the food was very delicious, the waiters were very attentive, the bartender was excellent, the cake was very delicious, everything was very pretty, I would have another party there again.

I DO NOT recommend them, terrible customer service, it was a bad experience, think very carefully before you want to have your parties in this place

I was a guest this last weekend the venue 9/23/23
the beans were rotten the rice had flies the birria was not even birria the meat was all shredded and disgusting.the party was so beautiful the lady that runs it felt so entitled to enter the venue and harras all guest giving stares making everyone feel uncomterble owner what ever her issue is she shld of sat and invested in cameras so like that she dont make guest feel uncomterble with her snarky face n horrible energy she gives off it was giving entitled and nasty vibes to be observent of party thats the securitys job not hers this old lady needs to invest in a security system since shes that obsessed! Cause behavior like that makes no one want to give u a coin ever disgusting

Clean and well ventilation. There is very limited parking. The staff was friendly. MGM Photobooth did an event here on the patio attached to the room. It was well, kept, well lit, and spacious. The kids spent most of their time there since it was outside. However, it was enclosed. The bathroom was small and hot though.

That's salon was very beautiful. And the people who work there are very helpful and on top of their game.
Wonderful DJ and great bartender. My boy's were very happy and the food war great. I really thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Came here to celebrate a birthday. The place is very clean and very well organized. If you're looking for a hall (salon in spanish) I would recommend it. I think the package deal includes food, dj, bartender (byob), and security guards (2), also very ample parking. The only thing for me was the DRIVE! I am from Lynwood and with traffic on Saturday afternoon, it took us roughly 1 1/2 hours to get here lol

Although we were unable to utilize their banquet room due to our own budget, the prices presented were reasonable and Carlos provided excellent service and answered all of our questions. Thank you for your time Carlos!

100% recommended, delicious food, desserts, very attentive staff, very delicious drinks. The service, not to mention very attentive, everyone very nice decoration, 100% recommended, our family and friends congratulated us because everything was very organized and very beautiful.event organizer very attentive in everything. THANK YOU first of all to all the staff who are so professional and who made our wedding an unforgettable day.to Mrs. Mercedes for her good taste and leaving the place completely renovated looking spectacular.to the guys CARLOS GEOVANNY GUSTAVO AND LUIS for his unmatched work! They took care of everything down to the last detail so that our day was the best, from the food, the appetizers, salads, cheeses, wines, champagne bar, etc.everything was super organized. I can only recommend it to all those people who are looking for a place To celebrate a special event you are in the best place, I am sure that all the staff at @grandsalon will make your event unforgettable!

Horrible customer service! Any way they can take your hard earned money, they will take advantage and not work with you. Shows what kind of people you are. If billion dollar businesses are willing to work with customers and you guys aren't.shame on you. No Bueno

DO NOT! Do business with these people!
They are not understanding what so ever they are not kind people! I had put a $500 deposit down & not even 24 hours after I told them I had a personal issue & I was not going threw with it & they basically laughed and said they could not give me my hard working money back. I can't believe people like this exist.
People that don't understand other people struggles. I've never dealt with people so heartless. Carlos is the person "in charge" but every time I tried talking to him he would pass the phone to some lady. They need more understanding people to work for them. This is just so stressful and so upsetting. I will be praying for these people. I would not do business with them.
