Grand Spa reviews
29I been this place 10 years every time I came never complain any of the staff, they treat you super good and nice I stayed 1 half hr each time and good feeling sauna, pool sooo relaxing.and I go back again and again! Thank you grand spa!
I enjoy Grand Spa! It's usually not too crowded and I get my self Care fix. I love the combo scrub and massage.
I have been coming here for years and couldn't wait to return post-Covid.
Very low key and clean. Easy parking with security is appreciated.
I used to go here twice a week. But at one point the lockers were full of bed bugs. It cost me over $700 to get rid of them and replace some bedding and furniture. Never again!
Clam very nice staff always helpful and give good services. Clean, quiet and relaxing to come here.
I truly enjoyed myself and the body scrubs are epic my skin was so soft AMD the CBD oil was just what I needed I highly recommend Grand Spa
I had a great experience here! I had the BEST facial from Christopher and an AMAZING massage from Katie. I HIGHLY recommend both of them!
I love Grand Spa! Their receptionist is very welcoming and it's always nice walking in. I love the facilities like the sauna and atrium. Jeff is the best for medium/harder massages. My favorite spa in the area
Revitalizing! Helps me recharge and does wonders for the body and soul. Made it all possible by the community of people who work there. Marat will make sure you are all set while you are enjoying your Grand Spa experience!
I love this place and come here once a month if not more. It's clean and refreshing - love the alkaline Kan gen water to re-hydrate. Seriously, come for an hour or a whole day - you can enjoy the cafe upstairs or take a break on the deck.
I love this place. I have visited other banya places and this one has by far the best atmosphere. The option to wear clothing or not is great as well and as a female, there was never an instant where I felt uncomfortable. I highly recommend the body scrubs at the spa - they are absolutely amazing and will make you feel so relaxed.
Grand spa is so small and even me not comfortable.but I love it restaurant, the have spicy beef soup.after party in the morning
I use this place most as a overnight stay.
There’s anywhere else you can stay allnight and big hot tubs as low as $20 in LA area!
Available lots of sleeping space except weekends. Secured free parking within the facility. It is the perfect place to “solo” girl night.
If you want a bad massage, forced to give a tip, and being called crazy of you refused to give the tip the. This is your place.
Worst massage experience ever. I was not happy. A lot of homeless people sleep there and my colleagues had 70 dollars stolen.
This place is good for your soul. I recommend that you eat before you go, for you cannot bring food inside and food there is rather expensive.
Place is much smaller than other spas ive been. Although im stoked its a 24hr place and probably a good place to rest, relax and im sure meet other men- this place is in disrepair. What i can visually see makes me cringe at the thought of what is actually there when it is not so dimly lit. The dust in the corners has hardened since it has combined with moisture, and never wiped down. Tiles missing every where, including laying at the bottom of the hot salt pool. Water stains on the ceiling, bathroom was dirty, pee on the floor and sink looks like has not been scrubbed in a week or so and stall doors were broken. The jets on the spas were broken and a layer of dirt was floating at the top of the cold pool. Half the showers were broken and floor was slimy because it needed to be scrubbed. Broken counters, all the walls were stained and needed a fresh coat of paint. Also, chipped and broken lockers with a layer of hardened dirt under the over hang at the floor since it is cleaned so poorly so often. Mind you it was not heavily trafficked at the time of my visit and it was not a weekend. I came at 230 on a thursday. It has plenty of potential and may have been great at one time but it appears to be poorly maintained which only leads me to think hygiene to be a concern. All the pics i have provided are only in 2 rooms where a phone was allowed
Amazing place to relax. Scrubs and massage always great. It is fairly small compared to some other spa but does the job.
It is nice an quite at this spa compared to the other Asian spas in the area. Less traffic. Hardly any people come here due to the very unprofessional front desk staff. The night front desk staff will insult you, speak sarcastically to you and they hate to answer questions about products and services. They act as if they hate both their job and the patrons as well. Very unpleasant experience. I have come 3 times in the evening and each time the front desk staff is mean and very unhappy acting. One can only think that they are slaves or mistreated by management and underpaid. I enjoy going to Wii Spa much better as they are amenable and highly professional unlike Grand Spa where they believe they are doing you a favor instead of you paying them for services. Do not ask them about products they have for sale or they will grit their teeth and try to ignore you. They border on abusive in tone. You have to ask them many times for information as they are ignoring you while focusing on their phones playing games. It is very clean there and the cleaning care is at least kind and diligent. Avoid this place unless you enjoy unprofessionalism!
