Grand Vista Apartments, Studio City CA

Hands down the best place to live in the valley. It’s a little oasis in the city with a beautiful and expansive courtyard to grill with friends, swim, relax etc. 24 hour security! Clean and nicely landscaped! It’s truly the best place to live!

My life at Grand Vista was like a heaven! The building was always kept so clean and all people working for Grand Vista were very polite and kind, Particularly, the manager, Meredith was very outstanding! She was so caring and approachable for all tenants. I really had a great time living there. I left Grand Vista only because I purchased my condo. Otherwise I would be still living there so happily for sure.

My husband and I have lived at Grand Vista Apartments two times, that’s how much we love it! The complex has everything you need. It is so well maintained and management is extremely attentive. I’ve only experienced the best living there and our needs have been met promptly. Anyone would enjoy making this place your home.

I absolutely loved living at Grand Vista. Meredith, the property manager is amazing and so responsive whenever we needed anything. The entire staff is so friendly and really made us feel at home. The amenities are great and it has the best view of Studio City too!

Meredith is truly an amazing person and property manager. Her entire team takes pride in their building and it’s a great place to live. 24/7 doorman and security is very tight. Maintenance requests were always answered same day and the entire property seems to be cleaned daily. The courtyard is great and my specific apartment had a great view which I was sad to leave. Thank you to everyone at the Grand Vista for making it such a great place!

I loved living at the Grand Vista Apartments! The management team, staff and other tenants were friendly and responsive and the units and grounds were super well maintained. The building is in a great location in Studio City. Would highly recommend!

A great place to call "home". The grounds and facilities are kept clean by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are clean rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of the elevator and covered parking garage.a beautiful neighborhood close to shopping.

This apartment complex is an extremely beautiful and secure, Well kept and peaceful community. Everything was so beautiful that I felt like I was at a resort. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also.
