It's okay, but bad if you're not a repeat customer.
The Good: It's clean and all machines work well.
The Bad: Convoluted payment system and not enough carts. I came on a late Wednesday afternoon. It was busy and half the carts were claimed by inconsiderate people who weren't using them. But they wanted to hold onto the whole time since there weren't enough. So it resulted in no carts for many people. Even though there wouldn't been plenty if the inconsiderate people didn't hoard them when they weren't using them.

And the payment system sucked unless you go here repeatedly. The machines didn't take my quarters or my credit/debit card. So you have to buy a special card with cash. But only $5 bills. So my I went to the car, got cash, converted it to $5, and then I was able to buy a card with $2 on it. And then you have to load it with more cash. So finally I had a loaded card, but the machines weren't taking it. So I asked around cuz there was no worker present and learned that you have to insert the card upside-down (which is not what the pictures show on the machines). Ugh. It's like every single step was unnecessary and took me like 10 extra minutes just trying to figure out how to pay for a machine. Not good for first time customers. And now I have a worthless card with money that I lost because I didn't use all the money on the card. So I just gave it to a nice customer who helped me with the payment stuff.

Very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. The only thing negative is that they have multiple TVs on blaring different programs. Kids cartoons blaring and action movies. If they could just turn down the TVs or pick one channel and put music on one channel only that would be great. Too noisy.

The best laundry mat. There are so many machines, laundry attendants who work here and can help you, it's clean here, well-lit, they sell laundry detergent, and everything else for washing and drying clothes. Bring dollars or coins here to make it work for you. Highly recommend this place. Also, it's not sketchy on weekends, thank goodness. Free bathrooms inside.

Clean modern laundry mat. Various size washer machines. One size dryer. Quick and easy to use machines but you need to buy a card to use the machines with can be reloaded.

Grande Laundry is the cleanest and most welcoming laundry service I have ever come across in all my 60 years. The ladies are awesome and totally happy. Makes it so easy and comfortable to do laundry. And we all know doing laundry is not an easy comfortable task. You ladies rock

Been coming here for 5+ years. Free Coffee and Doughnuts every time I go. Dryers are 1cent a minute Wed and Thurs. I believe the most expensive one I’ve seen is $10 for like 5 loads or something like that I’m not sure I hardly use the big industrial looking machines. The smaller load ones including the 2 load, wash AMAZING. I don’t live near here but their washers are so good I drive to this specific one and I have my fav washers lol Follow them on FB and they do freebies. ALWAYS clean. Always friendly and talkative. Attendants are always sweet NEVER had a problem with any if there aren’t 2 attendants there you’re guaranteed 1. Their little “shop” provides you with many different items you might need including but not limited to laundry goods. They also have vending machines and the TVs on with a variety of channels they have benches outside and out they also make sure customers take their close out from washer/dryer at a fair and timely manner. I’ve left clothes on accident and they’ve always had it in a bag for me and put away. ALWAYS smells divine! Bathroom access is with your card available as soon as the laundry opens. ALWAYS clean! Always well supplied.

We love this laundromat. Opens super early. Always clean. Smells nice even when it's crowded. Just know the restroom doesn't open first thing in the morning. So probably come in after 8 or 9 am if you're one to need the restroom often.

Thanks for having America's game on TV. They made my husband very happy, and he even liked coming to wash today. That he regularly shits to come. They raffled it off!

Very clean. Usually, you can get a machine without waiting. I've been here 10+ times and only had to wait for a dryer once for about 5 min.

The young girl Maria that works in morning is such a hard worker she's always working and she's very nice.
