I don’t consider myself a handyman that’s for sure, so these guys are great for someone like me! We have used Grangers for everything from small repair type work, up to having them install a whole new heat pump unit for us. I don’t mind spending a bit more to be a “preferred“ member, because the feeling of concierge service is nice, especially when you really need their help!

He was on time, knowledgeable, kind, patient with my many questions and gave an excellent evaluation of the problem and then the solution! AND he gave me my estimate then and there! My hero! Thank you so much! Now we will see how good they are!

Luis was great! I needed a new remote access thermostat (replacing one whose company went out of business) and Luis arrived this AM (on time, as scheduled) and quickly determined which unit was compatible with our system. He had one with him, so he installed it promptly, then activated it in my condo & in the app that I now have; all in about 35 minutes. He was charming, helpful and very professional on the phone. I am completely satisfied.

Grangers sent 2 install teams for my new Bosch Heat Pumps (2). They got us up and running by mid afternoon. They were friendly, polite and professional. This is the 3rd major upgrade I've gotten from Grangers. They are a pleasure to deal with and I recommend them highly.
