Beautiful church, wonderful topics. You can definitely feel the Holy Spirit inside this church. It makes me so happy with all the wonderful notes I can take and be guided through these topics thoughtfully. Keep up the wonderful work

What a welcoming atmosphere. God is truly in this place. The greeters were so kind, Pastor Bachelor's was spot on. His wife was so kind and intivited us to stay for lunch. The members were kind and inviting. Go visit, then make it your second home. Jesus is in this place.

Every Sabbath I walk in to granite Bay hilltop seventh-day Adventist Church and it's an amazing feeling. I am in such peace and feel so much love in that church it's wonderful. I learned so much about God and about the Bible in general and I walk out feeling like I've been really fed by the word. It is such an awesome feeling and I hope more people get to experience it because God is awesome and this is the place to be. The fellowship the kindness the love and everything that's in that church definitely represents our dear Lord

I went to attend a HS graduation ceremony and decided at one point to go check out the main chapel area, which I've attended only two services before because I live in Colfax. But the reason I wanted to check it out was really because of the 10' concert Grand Yamaha piano!

All of the doors were locked except for one. So I let myself in and opened the piano. Naughty, perhaps, but I'm very respectful of things in an obsessive compulsive way! (I've been diagnosed with OCD, lol)

But let me tell you! That piano is the finest piano I've ever played on! It was so rejuvenating for me as last year I had a widowmaker heart attack and subsequent quadruple bypass surgery at age 53 and my newfound confusion has been depressing for me. It just picked up my mood, completely, and my improvisation was heavenly!

I used to have permission at Sacramento's Capital Christian Church to play on THEIR Yamaha concert Grand at night while the cleaning crew worked away in different areas, never in the chapel when I was playing, so that was really cool. It really did pick up my mood back then, and this was the same feeling I had years ago at Capital C.

I live in Colfax now, and can't really drive out to the church to "sneak in" to play on it, but I wish I could! I'd even contemplate asking Mr. Doug Bachelor for permission!

My point that I haven't made yet is. I don't know if it was just the piano experience and how beautifully I played that night, but something beautiful came over me that night. A renewed feeling of hope. It's a day later now, and I'm still feeling it. That's not so usual for me. I have really suffered from Combat PTSD and over a year ago my fiance of 5 long, confusing years betrayed me and tried to hurt me deeply. Well, she actually succeeded, because that's why I had a heart attack 9 months later, But I really needed the emotional healing that playing on that magnificent piano afforded me.

It was surreal. I wish I had recorded it!

After the graduation ceremony I took my Pops into the sanctuary to have a listen and he couldn't believe how beautiful the tone and depth of the sounds it created. It was the most beautiful hour or so that I've experienced in years.

I fell in love with this church last year when I heard Doug preach, but I really consummated my feelings about it that night. (I hope that didn't sound too creepy! Lol)

A wonderful church with wonderful people, and most importantly.
The most AWESOME piano this side of Sacramento!

I think this piano and CC's piano must be the same class of concert Grand pianos.

Anyway, everyone always feels very welcome in this church, and I hope I can spend some more time here in the future! (Mostly when nobody is there!)

Here's a picture I took of my friends, (Heather, the graduate) and her family. I'm sure they won't mind me sharing! Again, beautiful people and a church school that produces more beautiful people!

God bless this church and its mission to speak and spread the truth!

It’s a beautiful and comfortable facility. The sermon was fantastic. The service is inspiring. However the members of this church are very cold. The Pastoral staff is friendly, but the members don’t even greet you. They, the church members do not welcome you. This was my family’s third visit in the past year. Do they have a potluck? I do not know, we have never been invited. In short the message delivered is heartfelt, but the is NO feeling of a church family at this place.

I enjoy watching Sabbath school lessons given by Shawn Brummund and Pastor Batchelor's sermons.
It just bothers me that they frequently refer to earth as a planet. Having earth as a random spinning ball in outer space is a teaching of evolution, not the Bible.

I have been to several churches but I have never felt so much love, humility and hospitality as I did today at this church. I come from a bad back ground and have very visible tattoos but no one even noticed or cared. They went above and beyond to show their love. Not only that, they teach true scripture and not what they think or feel. Everything they say comes directly from scripture. They have a beautiful kids program were they actually teach children the Bible instead of just babysitting them. I highly recommend this church to whoever wants to go. If you live far away you can attend their online service.
