Granite Hills Healthcare & Wellness Centre

This is the worst in the world. I have never been to a more pathetic place ever. I would not send my late Mom here. And by the way, some of the staff are very nice but most are very rude and should not be in the medical field. If I could I would close this facility down TODAY! By the way, is there a rating less than no star?

My mother is there and I am not able to be there right now due to unfortunate circumstances, but I am in touch by phone to the nurses and to the social worker and they are always extremely nice and helpful. They really go out of their way and really seem to care. My Mother seems happy, looks healthy and and is being taken care of.

This place is a joke! My friend was there could not get a shower, made him lay in his urine for 12 hours, and he was freezing! They cut his beautiful long hair because they did not want to wash it. They shaved his head! Gave him the wrong medication which left him babbling. If our friend would not have stopped by there to see him and alert them to the problem he would have died there! They also lost his wallet. If that isn't bad enough he was laying there with SEPSIS all day which we believe he got there also.
DO NOT GO THERE OR LET YOUR LOVED ONES GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO DIE!

The good first. The food is good. Some of the CNAs. Some nurses. Now the Bad. It's very unsanitary the housekeeping is terrible at least in my room All they do is put soap water on the floor very dangerous. My toilet has not been cleaned in about 3 days never clean the door knobs. I got a staff infection because the nurse was Cross CA contamination I seen a poor individual had passed away nobody did not check the person had stiffindalready. And also a lot of cockroaches. But I have documents on my phone picture and video I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet

In my opinion granite Hills is very caring. And the nurses & CNA's are awesome I'm grateful to be here.
