are very polite, professional, compassionate, careful, helpful, respectful, etc.

The deep cleaning was relatively pleasant, the price was extremely unpleasant: 1h 20 min for $996 and I only met the dental hygienist.

I am a new patient at Dr. Marcums office. I was a bit nervous because I had a very bad experience with my last dentist. Dr. Marcum and his staff were amazing. I left there with everything explained to me, pamphlets of everything we had discussed, and a treatment plan. They took the time to schedule my root canal, that has to be done at another office (at his brother's office, which made me feel more comfortable after meeting Dr. Marcum). I left there feeling confident that I was in good hands and that my detal needs will be taking care of correctly.

I very much like the entire staff. Always makes me feel comfortable. Dr Marcum is great chair side manner, very personable. He explains things simply and kindly. 5star service all the way.
