Grant's repaired an air conditioning issue on a home I was selling. As a Realtor we appreciate honest Service Providers. The first company told me it would take about2 weeks, and we had to research the attic for the problem, that the problem was not visible to the eye. Grant's came and spotted the problem immediately - on the outside of the house. It took 3 days and the problem was solved. Grant's comes highly recommended. Thank you always Jim.

Be careful for this driver. Very dangerous driver. He likes to speed and bumper with his brights on.

Terrible service. The technician spent less than 5 min inspecting our heater, he immediately noticed the blower motor wasn’t working pushed it with what looked like a pencil and he was done, gave us an estimate of between 400-850 said we would receive a written quote and never did. My husband replaced the motor and we still had no heat. I contacted Grants through their website and waited for a response that never came. We contacted another company who came out and checked the unit and said the board was done, replacement part was 900, we bought a new unit from them. Good thing Grants never followed through or we would have purchased the unit from them

Don’t waste your time. I’ve lost two days of wages staying home for them and them canceling on me. The second time I had to call them when they didn’t show up. Straight garbage!

We’ve been having Grant’s A/C do our spring/fall A/C service for quite a number of years. Each season we make a time and date for the service and the A/C tech consistently arrives on time and takes time to describe what service he did and the condition of our roof-top unit. Right now it’s 13-14 yrs.old and all systems are good.
