Grass Valley Veterinary Hospital reviews
15Ember had her teeth cleaned.everything went well, as I anticipated All the go home meds were well explained as were the results of the cleaning.one tooth cracked that had to be removed. The staff from front office to the vets and vet techs are warm and caring and do take time to answer questions and concerns.
Had my first visit with my 2 year old kitty a couple days ago.
Very warm and friendly environment. Loved the vet Kristy, she absolutely was well received by my spoiled cat and highly recommend taking your babies here.
Without exception, every staff member we have met is polite, kind, caring, knowledgable, and compassionate. Appointments are on time and it's easy to get our sweet Charlie Pup in whenever he needs to be seen. Of course, they refused to euthanize him when his old owners were simply tired of him and did all they could to find Charlie a loving home.ours! We can't thank them enough for saving Charlie! Best. Dog. Ever!
Corporate owned and will squeeze you for profit and every dollar they can get from you. Was going for years and fed up now.
It was time
To have our dog euthanized. The staff were kind, supportive and non-judgmental. It was the best experience possible given the circumstance.
This office is so accommodating and friendly. They don't make you wait for a month to get in and they don't charge for emergency visits. The vets are so caring and the staff is very friendly
Everyone at Grass Valley Veterinary Hospital is so kind, caring, and helpful. I’ve been taking my dogs there for the past 12 years. Sadly, one of my dogs had mitral valve prolapse that progressed into congestive heart failure. Whenever I called in with an emergency, they got him in right away. The appointments were never rushed, and I was always given options for treatment with no pressure to do any of them. My favorite veterinarian is Dr. Kristy Cortright. She is very knowledgeable, skilled, and compassionate. She is very supportive and takes the time to explain things in a respectful manner. She helped my dog live out his life to the fullest and was a tremendous support in helping me through the very difficult process of letting my beloved companion go. Everyone at GVVH has a true heart for animals and a genuine concern for their well-being. If you want your pets to receive quality, compassionate care this is the place to go.
Courteous and friendly staff. Willing to work with your financial situation without judgement.
We are extremely pleased with all the staff and doctors at GVV. They are courteous and kind. I have never had an issue with anyone there and we've been taking our pets there for 10 years. Dr. Owen is amazingly sensitive and caring with older kitties and I'm sure with all the others.
Dr. Cortright is currently the doctor seeing our kitty and I am beyond pleased with her care and attention to our older adopted kitty who was much neglected. He is, because of her expertise, now a beautiful healthy kitty.
Thank you to all at GVV - Purrcy is who he is today because of all of you.
Great business! The whole crew is great. Leslie helped us with the passing of an old friend. She is such a sweetheart.
Dr. Michaelis is so caring and passionate, very attentive to the animals. She even called to check on our pup the next morning. Very thorough when she talked to us everytime.
Very nice staff. Compassionate Dr. Clean hospital. I didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment. I'd recommend it to anyone who asks.
They are so wonderful and caring here. They helped me through the transition of life for my 15yo pup. Definitely one of the toughest things I've been through, but Dr. Wolfe and the amazing team here made such a difference during this devastating time.
Dr. Kristi is very thorough and took the time to explain everything about my pup. I highly recommend that veterinary hospital.
My cat Cooper had a couple bites of a lily leaf (insanely poisonous to cats) and needed to be treated immediately. I called Grass Valley Veterinary Hospital when they opened at 8: 00 and by 8: 30 I was dropping my boy off to get treated. The vet tech and Dr. Courtright were so helpful, compassionate, caring, informative & thorough with communicating and reassuring me of his prognosis. I hope I never have to bring him in again for an emergency but if I do, we’re coming here! Thank you guys so much for caring for “the Lily cat” so well, we are so so appreciative!
